A couple with a son in 7th grade and a daughter in 3rd grade. We had a one-night layover on our way to the Maldives. While we were considering a Yotel, it got fully booked, so we chose this place instead. We reserved two rooms, and they gave us connecting rooms. There was a space between the doors to leave shoes, which made it great for the boys' room and girls' room. It was only 2-3 subway stops away, and the distance from the station to the hotel was short. It was near a shopping center, so we brought in water and snacks to eat and rest. “Perfect Stay Near the Airport with Great Shopping Access”
We stayed at Dorsett Changi City Singapore and really enjoyed the experience. The location was excellent — only around 15 minutes from the airport, so we didn’t need to rush for our early morning flight. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and easy, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is also connected to a mall, making it very convenient to find food and do some shopping. “I was very satisfied.”
This time, our stay was after arriving at the hotel by plane late at night. My impression is that, given how we used it this time, it felt like too good of a hotel to waste on just a short stay. We stayed in a superior room for one night with our two children, aged 2 and 6. Since we arrived on a late-night flight, the proximity to the airport was very helpful. Additionally, the MRT was just nearby, making it convenient for moving to Central the next day. The friendly atmosphere created by the staff also left a positive impression.
