Great hotel,great staff,great view,great location”
The hotel is located about 40 metre from mrt and bus stop . There is personal lift from mrt to Dorsett and Easy to find hotel. Easy to take the mrt from The airport. Near china town. Near bayfront. You can left the luggages here for free. We have to deposit 200 singapore dollars when we checked in ( 4 days 3 night ). View from my big window is very nice. The room is clean . Bed and pillow is comfortable. Staffs are nice. Especially Mohamed the porter, he is very hospitality, helpful, very very nice. We feel comfortable here and wanna come back here again next time.

Clean and easy to go”
Dorsett Singapore is really well located just block away from Chinatown. It's easy to travel from the airport via MRT North West Line, you go off at Outram Station Exit H and will find Elevator with the hotel name on it. It's really easy to go anywhere by bus too. The bus stop just in front of the hotel. It's not so new inside but the room is really well clean and the staff is friendly. Sadly when I visited the pool is under renovation... I'm sure will stay here for the next Singapore visit!!

Hotel location is walking distance to Singapore General Hospital and Chinatown with plenty of affordable food nearby. MRT at the doorstep of Dorsett entrance to take you anywhere in Singapore. Room is rather small but it is clean and comfortable. Perfect for hospital visit and good value for money. Thank you Dorsett

Stayed for 2 nights with my husband and 5 year old who has specifically chosen this hotel for its loft room. Not Many hotels have king size bed + sofa bed for their loft rooms and this was what drawn us to Dorsett. Hotel is located conveniently next to Outram park MRT station. Lots of Cafe and eateries nearby. Can also travel to HarbourFront or Chinatown (1 stop away). Would also like to mention that the staff were very pleasant and helpful, especially jermaine who served us during check in and check out. Also very grateful to the talented hotel staff for decorating our room with a very nice drawing of a girl in party hat celebrating her birthday on the mirror. My little girl wanted me to promise her that we will be back again ◡̈ thanks for making our stay a superb one!

Good Hotel with an elevator access to MRT ”
Booked this because of the location. Literally once you go to the elevator you will be at the Outram train station which is very convenient if you are travelling with children. Very accessible location. Few stops to Resorts World if you are heading to Sentosa and Universal Studios. The pool was under maintenance during our stay but non the less the rooms are good and our stay has been great.

Again Small Rooms but beautifully appointed”
No matter where we went in Singapore, the rooms were tiny and expensive for what you get. Sure the location next to China Town and transport was great and the Staff especially Justin were superb. Beware you will be charged a deposit, and it can take upto 2 weeks to get your money back? There's an Foreign Ex booth and a vending machine in the lobby and Korean Restaurant if you like. The room we had was split level, upstairs was a bed that you could not walk around. The rooms were beautiful and the shower facilities clean.

The hotel is very clean...receptionist is very informative when i asked about nearest pcr test lab, even checked for us if they're open or not on public holiday. Room is bright and clean. Good location, very near to mrt, even has a lift that lead straight to Mrt outram park.

The hotel is conveniently located above a mrt. Away from busy city but well connected. Awesome restaurants in the neighbourhood. Room was clean with decent size. Just the toilet is glass door, bit inconvenient with kid. Overall a pleasant stay

Great location for train and Chinatown ”
Lovely hotel. Second time staying here. We booked the standard room this time which was good value for money but suggest people pay a little extra for the slightly bigger room. Especially if staying more than two nights. The smaller rooms become a little claustrophobic and one side of the bed has no side table. Everything clean and working. Fabulous shower. Lovely staff. Would stay again. China town is a 10 minute max walk away and lovely for an evening. Train station next door super handy.

Very happy with the service provided during my stay. The staffs were very attentive and very polite. I have an allergy and sensitive nose. There was a strong smell on the first room given but the moment they knew about this, they immediately change for me to another room which is way much better and I am happy with it. Excellent customer service to the lady at the main door and the front desk lady that did the follow up. Location is good. Thank you for the excellent hospitality... Beautiful hotel!!
