First Class Experienced on our 11th Year Anniversary ”
I made a last minute booking on a third party website for our Anniversary (2 days and 1 night stay, half board). Our special day was last Friday (9th October) and I just made the booking on 8th October so I called the hotel to confirmed my booking and to make a short notice special request for our special day like (cake, bedding arrangement) etc. Ms. Janet (booking & reservation) who is very kind assured me that my request will be noted. Well done Ms. Janet for taking care of this. Even that there’s a (Covid) the Hotel is very much full plus it’s a weekend, Amazingly the Hotel handles it very well. Before you enter the hotel your temperature will be check in the gate and there are Marshalls in the lobby who will assist you and make sure that guests wears mask and follow social distancing, (the hotel staff will let you feel that you are safe while staying in the hotel). Upon check-in I was assisted by Waleed of (Check-In Counter) and told him If he can arrange an early check-in and of course to give us a lovely location of our room because it’s our special day. We are so delighted to see that we had the best location of our room and as per my request they set up something special to our room even though on their website it mentioned that special request should be done 24 hours before, but still the Hotel didn’t disappoint me. Applause for Mr. Waleed and also to Housekeeping for making this possible. I also would like to commend the staff in the swimming pool area who gives beach towel, when that time that they run out of towels as promised by the staff (I forgot his name) he will bring the towel to us as expected less than 5 minutes we got our towels already. For our dining experienced (Al Marjan Restaurant) we are lucky that Djosa who is very friendly, jolly and polite who assisted us in our table, she makes sure that we are being taking care of the hotel servers. Very impressed ”
My husband and I booked last minute for the night as was very impressed. The hotel wasn’t overcrowded and the hotel had done a very good job of making sure social distancing was in place. The sun beds were all 2m apart along with all the dining chairs and table. Groups of only 4 could sit together which everyone respected. Even in the pool people were keeping their distance which was great. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely go back

We enjoyed the resort because of the spaciousness of the reception staff and the resort staff in general and the special services they provide. My children enjoyed the pools and water parks and had a wonderful time that they will never forget. The rooms and their services and benefits are very excellent. Relaxing holiday -The property is exceptionally beautiful and an ideal place to be away from Dubai ”
Being an Eid break, the hotel was quite busy and noisy with the number of guests checking in & out. Our check in was quick but we had to wait for a couple of hours before we got our room.. the room was spacious and had a balcony overlooking the swimming pool area. However, I was a bit disappointed with the amenities provided in the room. There wasn't any drinking water glasses, coffee sachets only 2 were provided, only 1 sachet of brown sugar, no shower cap in the bathroom. The balcony window mesh was torn, so we had a house fly in our room which means we had to keep the balcony closed at all times. Our stay was for 3 nights, inspite of Housekeeping cleaning our rooms every day, only the bath towels and waste bins were cleared & the beds were made. The room was not cleaned, neither the tables nor the amenities were refilled. Regarding F&B - we had ordered from room service one night Arabic grill, the bread served was very dry and they immediately replaced it.

Great stay”
This is our second time at this hotel. It is great fun especially as a family with young kids. There is loads to keep them entertained. The staff are welcoming and friendly. This time we eat at Sanchaya, which is exceptional. I would highly recommend this restaurant; it’s one of the best oriental restaurants in the UAE. All in all, a good stay. The room was clean. The only thing was of concern was the main pool; this time it didn’t seem as clean as it could.

We travelled with a baby and my Mother In Law (Above 60 years old). The room was quite spacious for us. The extra sofa bed was bigger than most hotels so definitely a big plus on this one. It was clean and the view was beautiful. The hotel has numerous pools and outdoor activities so a lot could be done for all ages. Food selection was vast in all day dining and the staff from the check-in, room service, waiters and waitresses were all very attentive to our needs and polite. All in all a good weekend.
