Everything must be booked online but once you get off the plane, someone is waiting for you at your gate to escort you to your room. The airport shops are open 24 hours. Room service is available as well. We ate take out at Hard Rock. They will tell you your gate for departure and the time you should start making your way to the gate the next morning. It was higher priced but well worth the cost. When we deplaned we went thru airport security and that was the only time we saw security. No Customs, visas, or anything like that. Be attentive to your email. Around 36 hours before you land they will send an email asking for your flight details so they can meet you at the gate. The rooms have everything you need robe, slippers, shower cap, sewing kit, oral hygiene kits, they thought of everything. Very nice and clean hotel, and internet speed was wonderful as well.

Best idea ”
Travelling home from Africa I decided to try the Dubai International Hotel as opposed to trying to find a place to sit in the horrible airport. It was the best idea! A hotel employee greeted us off the plane and walked us to the hotel. Check-in took 2 mins and we were shown to our room. It was spotless and came with dressing gown’s, slippers and a good selection of toiletries. It was quiet, the bed was comfortable and the pillows were good. It was a 5 min walk to our gate after a good rest and a decent shower. I’d do it again for sure. Thoroughly recommend this stop over.

Excellent choice for transit”
We had a 8-hr layover and were flying with checked luggage on different airlines, so we were contemplating whether to stay in DIH or to take our luggage and stay landside. We chose DIH and it was an excellent decision. DIH provided a complimentary meet and greet service which guided us to the transfer desk and ensured our luggage got properly retagged to the next flight, and the room was spacious, clean and came with all amenities needed for a transit stay. It was definitely worth us spending the money for a worry-free transit!

Great for a long Layover”
I was travelling from PDX to Seychelles on Emirates with a long layover in Dubai. The Dubai Int'l Airport Hotel was very convenient to get a good night's sleep before my early morning flight the next day. The hotel had a representative meet me at the gate when I disembarked who escorted me to the hotel. That was a welcome gesture as it was late, and I was also not familiar with the airport. This made things so much easier on my jet lagged brain. The room was quite spacious and had complimentary water and coffee. There was also a workout facility nearby that I was able to use to help get my body moving from sitting for the last 17 hrs. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel as it is conveniently located in the airport so no need to go thru customs on your way to your next destination.

Amazing stay!”
Amazing hotel with incredible service! We had a long 21hr stop over and decided to book into this hotel. Amazing value for money! A member of staff picked us up in a golf cart right after disembarking, zoomed us through security and straight to the hotel entrance. The rooms are clean and massive! The beds are so comfortable, and it was amazing to be able to have a nap and shower before our connecting flight! The staff are very friendly and helpful too. Very happy with my stay and will book again in future!

Great hotel”
Great location in the terminal and easy to find with several entrances available. So many rooms that the first time we went we didn’t have a reservation and were able to book my in the middle of the night. Second time was on the way back from the same trip and we prebooked a room. Great service from the staff. We needed extra bottles of water and they quickly delivered. Quick and easy check in both times. Better then some hotels we have stayed in in the states for days. I would recommend for anyone who has a long layover and needs to sleep or shower or just doesn’t want to roam the airport. Overall I would 100% stay again.

Awesome Meet and Greet Service and Fast check in”
This is my fourth time staying in this hotel. Thanks to one of the staff named Kajan, he stood and waited at the gate for my arrival with my name. He helped to carry luggage, and introduced himself very well. He also helped 4 of my friends travelling along with me. He know the direction and short cuts, within minutes, we arrive at the hotel reception to check in. This time, I was given a free upgrade, my room has a massage chair, coffee machine and a mini balcony. The bathroom was clean and warm water for shower. The bed is comfy to sleep in. Check in check out were very fast. And staff are all friendly. Overall, I am very satisfied with the room and the hotel, and will surely return again.

Book on the day I fly for my colleagues, smooth and good service”
I knew this hotel because I stayed many times and very happy with the hotel, so I persuaded my colleague to stay. So I booked another room for my colleague . It is his first time, he is very happy with the room and say that he will also book this hotel next time he travel. Even though the booking was last minute, but he still get good service of checking in and out. The room is also clean and comfy. I am glad that he is happy with the room. (Thanks Kajan for willingly helping my colleague even though he was not tasked to handle my colleague check in.)

Just perfect for a long layover”
Perfect hotel for a long layover in Dubai. I was greeted at my arrival gate and assisted through checkout and guided to my room, was quick, efficient and the gentleman was friendly and helpful. Quick, efficient and friendly check in staff. Room was excellent, clean, plenty of room, good wifi, aircon and bathroom amenities. Will definitely use this hotel again the next time I have a long layover in Dubai.

An oasis after a 14+ hr flight”
The bedroom was spacious as was the bathroom. Room was very clean and air conditioned. The massage chair was the cherry on top and was the biggest pleasing for a group of weary travelers. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean and convenient location”
This hotel was a god-send! traveling long haul with 3 kids and a 10 hour stop over in Dubai would have been absolute torture without this hotel to rest in! Very clean rooms, exceptional staff and convenient location - I cannot recommend this highly enough! it can make all the difference to your journey.

Great option for layovers ”
This was our fifth time staying at Dubai international in the airport. We have always had great experience. They have staff meet you at the arrival gate to make sure you get where you need to be in a timely manner. The rooms are clean and comfortable, very nice amenities. And there are so many options for food in the airport itself. It always makes our long layover so much more pleasant!

Was good to have a nice bed and shower in a clean environment. I could leave bags in room and move freely without carrying everything. The facilities are awesome, pool, gym, restaurant, bar etc. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. This was worth every penny

Had a 26 hour stopover in Dubai and this hotel was perfect! Clean, comfortable, fantastic amenities, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There were plenty of restaurants, pharmacies, and convenience stores right outside the hotel in Terminal 3 and I was able to get everything I needed. Would love to stay here again!

Just fantastic, location spot on and they met you at the gate if you want. Room service was quick and a lot of food with extra of what ever I wanted. Easy access to my connect terminal. I am sure I will have to use the Hotel next time I have a overnight in Dubai!

Ideal for a long layover ”
Although Emirates offer a room when you have a long connecting flight the convenience of this hotel makes it a much better option. The Exec rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. 6 hours sleep and a long soak in the bath was an ideal way to refresh on a 10 hour layover and then into the lounge before literally taking the lift down to my gate. 5* all round. Recommended.

Easy Access, convenient, clean and safe”
I transit for 11 hours in Dubai before the next flight. the hotel was at a strategic location, easy to find, easy to access and makes me feel much safer to rest than anywhere else in the airport. The hotel has all basic amenities, and comfortable bed. It also offers the wake up call which makes me rest comfortably without worrying if i will miss my flight. The staff were helpful and friendly, explaining the information clear and slowly. Overall, I am very satisfied with this hotel. This is my 2nd time staying and will continue staying for my future flights. Thanks.
