Hotel is very clean and the most importantly for us is the staff are all very attentive and helpful. We had a very pleasant stay at Dusit and we are in DXB a lot. This will be our go to hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks in large part to the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. One moment that really stood out was when we returned from a walk to the nearby supermarket in the heat. As we were packing our groceries into our luggage in the lobby, the concierge, Mr. Shakavat, kindly offered us some ice water. It was such a thoughtful gesture and exactly the kind of above-and-beyond service that made our stay so memorable. Every interaction with the staff was warm and welcoming. It's clear that guest comfort is a top priority here. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service and genuine hospitality!
