Ac was not working, room smelled like mold. Room was not cleaned during our stay, had to call to request waste básquet be emptied and then call to request toilet paper.

A bit pricey, but definitely worth it!”
I went to this hotel with my sister because we were going to a concert that night. Check in was easy and they had their own parking across from the hotel that was pay to park and the hotel validated so you didn’t pay. This was nice so I didn’t have to worry about my car getting hit as much unlike when you do garage parking. They allowed us to do late checkout with no issue. The hotel offered free breakfast, which has something for everyone and from 5:30-7:30 they had free well drinks and house wines at the bar. The hotel location is near Publix and dollar general is around the corner. Lake eola is maybe a 3-5 minute walk and the amway arena was a 8 minute walk. It’s a perfect location and this road doesn’t have a ton of high traffic like other areas. There isn’t as many homeless people in this area also. The rooms were very nice and clean, it reminded me of a nice apartment. If I had to stay in the downtown area I would stay here again. It is pricey, but the amount I save from drinking at the hotel and not using my car makes it worth it.

Great location right in downtown, free breakfast was very good, they had everything and open bar in the afternoon was a plus. Staff as in most places lately needs to improve and room wasn't cleaned well.

Ok place to stay but has a few issues”
The good- Location Friendly staff Free Breakfast Workout room The bad- The pool is freezing cold and there’s no hot tub The long lines for the free breakfast omelettes We had to ask to have our room cleaned 2x before it happened. Several things broken in the room (coffee maker, hair dryer, tv remote) The elevators are slow. Happy hour is sub par compared to other Embassy Suites (cheap drink brands and bags of chips instead of actual food) Parking is $22 a day. Overall, it was a good stay but the property is showing signs of wear and tear and I’m not very confident it’s cleaned appropriately during Covid times. Guests have a choice to use a mask or not (that’s Florida, not the property’s decision) and people pack in the elevators with no mask then touch everything at the breakfast buffet. Eola lake and Thornton Park are lovely places to walk around and hang out. Parking is worth the cost ($22/ day) to have in/out privileges.

Best hotel for your money”
We loved this hotel. It is in the middle of Downtown Orlando close to all the hot spots and a block away from Lake Eola. A full breakfast and a happy hour is included in your stay. The rooms and the bathroom are very spacious.

Hither and Yon at the Embassy ”
I was very impressed with the location, ease of parking, the glass elevator ( a little slow but worth it). The size of the room and the layout was larger and designed far more than expected. The beds were clean and quite comfortable. The BREAKFAST was totally impressive - even OUTSTANDING. It was really nice having the bar too, and the late faternoon "happy hour" was so much fun!! We hope to stay here again soon.

Not Bad, not Great...but not bad”
Hotel rooms have been recently (by the looks of it) renovated. We had issues in our rooms with the power receptacles - most were not working. issues with the Parking, the passes which were issued were did not work for the most part - still charged full price for daily parking. Staff were very nice, professional and warm. Breakfast included - which was ok, free drinks happy hour...which is great. overall I would stay again, location to downtown was great
