Best facilities”
Celebrated my birthday at the emirates palace hotel and i thank them for preparing something special for it. Staff are mostly nice especially the buggy drivers. Only troubles were with a very late check in. We arrived at 2pm but was able to check in at 4pm. We requested for a late check out the next day but was not granted even for just 1 hour. We requested the receptionist to at least talk to their manager to explain our situation since we were not able to use other facilities and came back to our room late but still they denied. They said that their manager is busy with other guests. Sad experience.

Well, I am AbuDhabi citizen, I wanted to experienced staying in the palace for on night. I called hours before, to confirm some details I was shocked of the way reservation agent was talking to me. I was expecting a welcoming person to give details, it was the opposite. Anyway, when checking in the person that checked me in was so nice and helpful. Unfortunately it was way different when I checked out, the receptionist’s name is Sarah, she didn't know what to do and even with no smile on her face. She is not happy serving people and choosing to whom to be welcoming to. I wouldn't raise any issue, I just was shocked on her treatment for the people After me, totally opposite. I dont know what to say, but I thought it would be a WOW experience overall, which was not.

Wonderful hotel with 2 amazing swimming pools. 1 for kids with sliding & fun + other for adults. Long amazing beach & huge area. Kids enjoyed all facilities with Camels riding ، Rowing boats for free. Very kind and helpful staff. Coral rooms are similar to other 5 star hotels. Nothing special. The price is Exaggerated.

The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast buffet is absolutely the best especially for a vegan, beautiful space and facilities. The hotel is so big it’s wonderful to walk around and gaze at the ceilings and walls that are richly decorated. Very professional and helpful staff for most. Since it was winter we didnt’t try the pools but they are temperature controlled and nice. Avoid mid-afternoon atound the lobby and le café as lots of tour groups come for high tea so it’s noisy and messy but hotel is very big. Only con is the only bar (that opens at 5pm) we were disappointed that itwas old looking and people could smoke. Also music was too loud to be 5pm (not the live music, we didn’t get to see that).

Booking team spammed my mailbox, room interior design is oldish, poor car service”
Until the day of check-in, I kept receiving email threatening to cancel my booking if I did not pay, while the booking was non refundable and confirmed. I contacted the hotel to be sure my booking was not going to be cancelled and I could not confirm further the payment since it was already confirmed but they kept ignoring my requests and kept spamming my mailbox with threats to cancel. At the hotel, nobody was aware, the IT manager told me over the phone my mailbox may have been hacked. I told him to come to see by himself because I was definitely not hacked, it was their reservation team and system which was spamming my mailbox and stressing me for one week before coming as I may not have any room. They forgot to deliver my luggage to my room so I had to ask for it At check-out,they had no car available to go to the airport.They only book their limousines,which are in limited number so you have to book your own VIP car to be sure or taxi which are waiting outside but not flat fare.

Nice hotel but unprofessional staff ”
From 2-7 pm the hotel transfer to museum , more theen 100 group well be moving around the hotel and taking pictures you can not find a seat in the cafe or relax anywhere and the hotel staff and security well shout in everybody (What’s your room number) it’s going to be a hostile environment in that time so better stay in the room and avoid going out. Check out experience was horrible, I asked the doors men’s for a big taxi to airport , they asked me to wait for half hour to bring airport taxi for me then they put my luggage in regular small taxi...I told them why you make me wait for regular taxi and why not the bigger taxi at least ?! Mr ABDUL tell me ether you go now with this taxi or pay 500 AD for hotel car. The Indiana gay in yas perfume shop is a thief, He stole my money... he catches gulf people avoid buying from him, buy from yas perfume in the moles they are much safer and cheaper.

Luxury stay at Abu Dhabi”
I stayed at Emirates Palace Hotel for 2 nights ad it was my first stay in this hotel. The hotel which looks like a palace is located on the beach (Cornich) of Abu Dhabi, and near Marina Shopping Mall. The hotel reception is excellent, and it make the guest feel of being treated as a VIP and concierge escorts the guest to the assigned room. The hotel has 2 wings (East/West) and each of the wings has its own parking space. Each room has a maid who brings a welcome fresh juice as soon as the guest check in and comes to explain the room facilities. It was an excellent stay in a hotel, and recommended strongly for a one time experience.

Best hotel I've ever been to”
Decide to make a little getaway for the weekend to Abu Dhabi from Dubai. Booked a simple room in the Palace. Arrived a little early than check in time and had to wait for 1,5 hours to get the room. Been a little upset about it, but once we entered these huge Apartments (I can call it by a less word) we were absolutely astonished. The hotel gave how the called it "a little surprise" and upgraded us to executive suite or something like this. The room was enormous in size and perfect in the interior. Dear Emirates Palace, Thank you so much for this magic weekend!

I have booked the Suit, but with the wrong date, after I arrive at, the front desk helpt me to find another suit and helpt contact with Agoda for change of the date without addtional charge.
