Clean Peace Safe Only ironing need to be done infront of receptionist.
Pros : the location just beside GM. Easy to find many dining place just walking distance. Had plenty of parking. Cons : The room and bathroom felt quite cramped. Dont have much space to move. Cannot control the aircond temperature. Its ok for a short stay .
Everything fine except for the bed. The 'tilam' is in bad condition ie can feel the spring. So, the beds are not comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We booked this hotel via Agoda and have been requesting a fair refund since 14th June, but to date, there has been no proper response or resolution. This situation is extremely frustrating and disappointing. We have already provided both pictures and videos as evidence of the issues encountered. Despite this, there has been: No proper follow-up from Agoda No fair decision or resolution made Extremely rude customer service from the hotel, handled by staff who do not understand Malay or English, making communication very difficult This has been the worst experience we’ve ever encountered, both with the hotel and with the handling of the case by Agoda. We trusted Agoda to help resolve such issues fairly and professionally, but the lack of proper support has been unacceptable.
