The check in process was so smooth and quick, all of the staff there was so nice and helpful, breakfast is delicious, room is very clean and the kids love the swimming pool

For sophisticated guests, this property is acceptable. 4 star intl standard. Room Cleanliness is good White design interior, could use a bit wall painting and room accesories for warmer ambiance. Service is good Breakfast is basic but very tasty and fresh , good job kitchen team. Overall will come back for short stays, business trips.

Two thumbs up untuk staff hotelnya, very warm welcome, friendly, helpful (terutama mas2 security yg smpt manggilin gojek supaya sy ga harus jalan ke depan ambil makanan). Clean and spacious room. Breakfast aga kurang variatif, (mungkin karna lg covid jg ya jd occupancy ga terlalu tinggi). But overall, very nice stay. Will come again for sure

My 2nd time staying at Four Points with Family”
- Very clean and big room - Staffs are helpful and nice - Breakfast is great, with a lot of options. Plus point: nice ambiance at the restaurant. On the weekend they provide 2nd breakfast location at the swimming pool My only concerns: - Limited elevators, took a long time to get into the elevator. - Parking lot is not comfortable

First time travelling out of city after WFH due to covid”
First time travelling out of Jakarta to Bandung after covid lock down is over. Good hotel for family. At surroundings there are many restaurants and shopping places.

All good except parking lot”
We stay for one night, the staff is two thumbs up also the cleanliness of our room. Variety of food also good enough due to covid19, I think they limit the number of foods variety. The downside only parking lot. If you have big car (E.G MVP) , it is not easy just to get in and get out from basement.

Clean, fresh air smell luxury. And family friendly. Parking garage is hard to drive ; very sharp turn and not enough space to exit each floor.
