Am actually travelling with my mother, but there were no such option. Generally everything was good except 2 things...My room type was seaview with balcony king bed. Good: Location: perfect location, exactly by the sea across the road. This seaside is not busy but very nice to view from the room, only 2 mins walk to the seaside. There are surfing lessons and seaside fishing using a huge hand pulling net by this side of beach everyday, which is very interesting to view. Service: Excellent! they are very attentive to our requests. they email to inform that my request for twin bed was not available so they upgraded the room to a panoramic seaview room maintaining the king bed which was very kind. Room: There are separate shower room which is very good and safe for my mother. Comfortable bed. Balcony View: Overlooking the beautiful south china sea and whole coastline, busy road, and linh ung pagoda on the left. Breakfast: wide variety and delicious breakfast, excellent staffs in the restaurant too. Bad: Balcony: it was the biggest waste- there is no outdoor seating chairs and table for a good cup of coffee and tea while enjoying the superb seaview from the balcony. Pool: The rooftop pool was not so well maintained and very small, it is covered which is good for those afraid of hot sun but not so good for the panoramic seaview or if you are expecting an open infinity pool view. it doesnt attract me going to the pool for the 4 days stay. i think my room has better view than the pool. i just dont understand why most of the hotels in Danang with rooftop pool are fully covered, leaving you to see the view through the huge glass which doesnt maintained clean. it was really a huge waste for that perfect seaview or riverview. Overall this is a nice hotel to stay if you are ok with the 2 minor negative points that mentioned.

The hotel was really really nice. The location was absolutely perfect right in front of the beach, the views were outstanding. The breakfast buffet spread was really good. They also tried including so many options for vegetarians. We loved every bit of it. The cleanliness, the staff was very polite and helpful as well. The views from the pool where super stunning. Absolutely recommend the hotel in Da Nang.

Overall in very happy with hotel. During busy times, the elevator system gets overloaded and I have to wait a long time. Only then to see the car is already full. I eventually gave up and walked down the 11 flights of stairs to the lobby. Other than that, everything else was good. The cleaning staff was very accommodating, and cleaned around our schedule. I enjoyed the free yoga and cardio classes available to Bonvoy members. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Would come back again.

The customer service was great, the room is clean albeit having a bit of water pressure issue... showers water were not strong enough... we stayed at 15th floor... location wise its a bit distance to city centre but its next to the beach (around 5 minutes walk)... otherwise all other things were great...
