When travelling to Singapore I would definitely book Furama City Centre again. Had an awesome view of the Singapore Flyer! Beds were a little hard but comfortable, pillows-great, small fridge, safe, big bathroom w/ bathtub, staff were absolutely lovely, housekeeping lady was beautiful, checking in and out was super easy and could leave our luggage on the last day and pick up later. We could use the pool and shower room until we had to go to airport later that night at no extra cost. MRT and bus are super close, Chinatown street markets are a 5-10 minute walk and Chinatown Point mall is right across the road with a bridge connecting the hotel so you don't have to get wet or burnt by the harsh sun. Such a great location. 30 minute night time walk to the Merlion. So many eating places so close by also. I will be back unless I win lotto and stay at The Marina Bay Sands!!!

Just About Perfect”
The location (close to MTRs and Chinatown Point mall) is what attracted me, but the hotel itself was absolutely outstanding and for $ingapore, the price was a bonus. The room was spacious and clean with an exceptional number of amenities. Never had to adjust the air-conditioning, it was sooo comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. When TV wouldn't work, staff member came to fix immediately after calling. Check-in and check-out fast and efficient. Minor suggestion for improvement, water in room should be free, instead of charging for it, but made up for with free coffee and tea. It was ideal for me, coming to volunteer at the HSBC Women's World Golf Championship on Sentosa - 93 cents by MTR to Harbourfront + free shuttle bus. Will absolutely recommend to friends as THE place to stay in Singapore.

Excellent service at Furama. My husband and i celebrated our anniversary here and were welcomed with a slice of cake. When we returned from our tour, we were again welcomed with fruits, roses and a cute lion stuffed toy. What a great surprise! Room was kept clean and everything we’d need was available. 3mins walk from the MRT and so many food stalls to choose from since it’s in the heart of chinatown. The souvenir stalls around the area are also cheaper than the ones in Bugis so you dont need to go far. Id definitely stay here again when we visit Singapore. Thank you so much Furama!

Fabulous Hotel”
The location of this Hotel is great, 5 mins walk to underground train station, 5 mins walk to Chinatown for food stalls and 5 mins walk to big shopping complex and supermarket. The room was large with a great view of the Singapore Flyer and Clarke Quay and the beds were comfortable. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was varied. There were drinks and snacks for free every night from 6-8pm and one night we got a surprise when the doorbell rang and they brought a beautiful chocolate birthday cake, complete with candle and matches, birthday card and gift, for my son, who's Birthday was that day. Travelling Family with children and senior citizen”
The location of Furama City Hotel is the center of areas we want to visit such as Marina Bay Sands, Gardens by the Bay, Clarke Quay etc. it's near the mall of Chinatown Point and Central Quay Mall. So if you need groceries , you can just walk without bringing umbrella. It's also near the MRT. The hotel lobby is nice with accommodating receptionist.We booked 1 family room and 1 superior room for our family with 2 senior citizen and 2 children. The family room has a huge space, with kitchen and refrigerator. They have 2 electric stove with frying pan, plates, cutlery, microwave and electric kettle. Some hotels does not have frying pan. It saves a lot of money for us. Both rooms have a nice bath tub in case kids can't swim in the swimming pool due to thunderstorms. All the staff are accommodating, courteous and trustworthy. If you're on a budget with a big group, try Furama City. Thank you for the excellent service

Staff are welcoming, obliging and treat without prejudice. Pleasant and accommodating. The room matches the description of the facilities provided. Simply simple design that is practical to meet the needs of a transient stay to be comfortable and cosy. Tried the high tea and dinner on separate occasions; simply value for money and palatably delightful with succulent gastronomical space to not feel overwhelmed. Strategic portions. Location to the a stone's throw of a variety of night grubs and drinks as well as historical sites. Simply superb.

78th Staycation @Furama City Centre”
Had an enjoyable and delightful stay here. Many thanks for upgrade to spacious and comfortable suite. Only hitch was the TV in the room was not functioning despite reporting the fault twice. Otherwise, I had a great staycation here to do my CNY shopping at Chinatown as well. Thanks to all at Furama City Centre who attended to me. Gong Hei Fatt Choy!

We stopped over on our way back fro Australian to uk got to hotel at 06.30 and the reception said that as soon as our room was available we could check in and we were in our room by 08.30 having had breakfast The staff were very pleasant helpful and accommodating the room was clean comfortable and tidy and I believe well worth the money we made our booking through agoda

We had a enjoyable stay at Furama. What made it great was the way the hotel staff treated us. The staff made our stay quite enjoyable. On the day we checked out, we had a very early flight and two preschool kids on tow. The hotel helped us to book a taxi. On the checkout day itself the reception called and checked if we want someone to help with our bags. Also the staff helped with loading the bags in the taxi. The whole checkout and getting to the airport was quite hassle free. Overall we had a good experience with Furama.

If you want to enjoy the foods of nearby Chinatown, this place is it. Linked to a nearby mall called China Point that had some great dessert options. Beds were incredibly comfortable and clean. The view that come with the room we stayed in was priceless. Highly recommend.

Comfortable and conveniently located”
The hotel is within a 5 minute walk of the Chinatown MRT so it is very easy to access from the airport. Room was a good size on 20th floor (Executive level) and had a fantastic view of the Singapore Flyer, a safe, comfortable beds and fridge. Breakfast was plentiful and available from 7.00am to 10.00am. Booking an Executive Room gives you access to the Executive Lounge which is a benefit if the restaurant is full as they serve breakfast, all day hot and cold drinks and a selection of light snacks from 6.00pm to 8.00pm. Rooms were cleaned daily, reception was friendly and helpful. Swimming Pool opened until 10.00pm and adequate for our needs. Only problem we found was that the free Wi-Fi was limited to 4Gb per day which meant we had to go to reception to have it reset almost daily as it would lock you out even if you didn't use the 4Gb. Was a minor but annoying issue however reception happily helped out each time. All in all a pleasant stay and would happily return.

The place was very clean and quiet. The room was a little bit old, but everything inside it worked perfectly, and we had a great sleeping quality (huge and comfortable bed, very quiet, dark, no smell). WiFi was great and very stable. Overall, nothing to complain on, everything went well. Will stay there again.

Despite it being quite an aged hotel but the room is clean and the service is top notch. I had an issue with the hot water in the washroom in my room and the hotel personnel quickly help me to resolve it. Breakfast was abundance. Will book again if I need to stay around this area.

I love the place near mrt . easy to go around specially we travel with kids. Many store outside where you can buy what you need and near to all hawker center. Shopping area. The room is nice big bed that the space can be sleep with 4 people. Very clean room i love to be back again in this hotel.

Beyond Expectations”
The stay started out with a scare when the staff at the reception said that contrary to the booking confirmation, the room did not have a bathtub. Fortunately, she upgraded us to a room with a bathtub, albeit with separate beds. The room was clean, well lit with natural light, and furnished with comfortable beds and functional amenities. There were also sufficient sockets in the room. We were pleasantly surprised when a mini matcha cake was subsequently sent to the room. The swimming pool, though small, was good enough for us. The only letdown was the gymnasium which was small and cramped, equipped with 2 treadmills and a multiple-station exercise equipment. The stationary bicycle and elliptical exercise machine were not in working order. Tiffany (the in-house restaurant) served good and value-for-money food. The hotel was located in Chinatown, accessible (within 5 minutes' walk from the MRT station), and had several eateries and shopping centres in the vicinity. Overall, the stay exceeded our expectations and we would definitely return in the future.

Perfect location with easy access to MRT and food outlets. Shopping Centre a few minutes walk, Clarke Quay five minutes walk. Lovely room with comfy bed and roomy bathroom with huge bath. Housekeeping daily. Nice pool to swim in evening and towels supplied. Gym if you feel inclined. Second time stay here and loved it. Quick check in and check out but I think this depends on time if day. Did not eat in restaurant as preferred to eat local hawkers.

It’s our second stay here and it’s as awesome as before. The check in was smooth and easy. The staffs are helpful and friendly. Our daughter lost her toy in the reception area and the staff tried to find it and after a great search they found it! The hotel also gave a birthday cake for my husband as a surprise! Overall, it was an excellent stay. Hope to come back here again soon.
