Recently, our family had a wonderful time at the Grand Tourane Hotel. I would like to say that it was all thanks to the excellent service provided by the hotel staff. I especially want to thank a young male employee who wears glasses and worked late on the nights of May 14th and 15th, as well as on check-out duty on May 19th. He had already been a great help even before we arrived. When we were having trouble with our visa at Incheon Airport, I found it difficult to explain the situation at first, but this employee adjusted our reservation, allowing my wife and children to check in safely. Throughout our six-day stay, we felt very comfortable thanks to his positive attitude and fluent English skills. Unlike most other staff members who often looked gloomy, he always welcomed us with a warm smile, making us feel genuinely welcomed. His exemplary behavior can be considered a model of outstanding customer service. (As a suggestion, it would be beneficial to train all staff to smile more often and show a welcoming attitude.) Additionally, I would like to extend my deep gratitude to the female staff member who helped us when our son injured his head at the pool. She accompanied us to the hospital and assisted us in receiving the necessary medical support, which was a great comfort to us. An incident that occurred on the first night also showcased the hotel's excellent service. Around 2 AM, I went out to buy water and found myself in a dark area behind the hotel, where a man on a motorcycle followed me, creating a very unsettling situation. When I quickly returned to the hotel and reported the incident to the young male staff member, he immediately called the security team to patrol the back of the hotel. Thanks to his swift response, our family felt reassured. Despite the unfortunate incident with our son's injury, we received a positive impression due to the outstanding service of these two employees. We look forward to returning to the Grand Tourane Hotel in the near future. Once again, thank you for the unforgettable stay experience in Da Nang.

The hotel is really clean and tidy, the pool is amazing, the view from the room looked straight out on to the beach and the room was a good size with a lovely sitting area. However the first morning there was no hot water which was fixed quite quickly. Went down to breakfast but no tables were available - we were told to share a table with non English speaking guests (?). Though we’d paid for breakfast we ended up eating elsewhere. The internet went down for 12 hours, fridge didnt work - had to repeatedly ask for someone to convert TV to English . Little english spoken - staff can get frustrated and short with you because they dont understand what you’re saying - impossible to order room service so went out to eat. Probably not as westerner friendly as it could be which is a shame. We stayed here in 2018 - we had an amazing 3 week stay and hoped for the same this time - but it has changed sadly 😕

Now, I’ve been to Vietnam in the past and this time wanted to take a group of friend. We stopped over in this hotel for 2 night and it was amazing. Room was Clean and spacious. staff were fantastic and always happy to help, food was great. Location was right next to the beach and not to far The dragon bridge. For a small fee the hotel provided a car for us for the day, which took us to the Golden hand, Hoi Ann, and other little stops. Their spa was amazing so thank you ladies. Overall this hotel is fantastic and I will come again.
