Peaceful, although some kids around on holidays. Great pool, although it doesn't always get the sun. Beautiful little cafe garden, hidden around the front - don't miss it! Right next to PB Valley Wine (FYI Gran Monte, also close, is the better tour but both are lovely). Could be better setup for helping Farangs who don't have their own transport; but the staff certainly made the effort and it all worked out after some discussions and a few phone calls. We booked the Grand Deluxe although it was not like the photos: - the cosy 2-person chair was missing which was a shame - the stand-alone bath was a corner bath-jacuzzi for two which is better - it faces inwards instead of out the front which is mixed (less view but less noise?)

Modern clean hotel ,nice pool but isn't very large so can get crowded. Scenic setting , mountain views. Breakfast good but not extensive. Good modern rooms ,good shower. Overall 8/10 from us.

First of all the hotel looks absolutely stunning. From the moment we walked in we knew we had made a good choice to stay here. We spent the first night in a standard room and decided to upgrade to the private villa for the rest of our stay. The private villa was great and really felt comfortable like it was our own home up in the mountains. It was super quiet and peaceful, some days we didn't even feel like leaving the room. The rooftops of the buildings provided some amazing views. Food here was pretty nice and had a fair amount of choice. The pool was clean and big enough to have a good swim. The staff were extremely friendly and did a great job of making us feel welcome and were happy to help with any request. The only minor issues being there was not alot of English speaking staff and the shower would sometimes go cold however this didn't change the fact we lived our stay here. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Boutique hotel with funky design”
The hotel is not close to Thanarat road, but it's close to all the vineyards. The design was done nicely with a narrow strip of land. However, the maintenance of the decoration pools are not quite good as there is a lot of dirt in the water.

Room Type was not clear”
We are a family of 4 traveling, so we want to book 1 room for 2 nights. Hotel has a room called “Twin Villa”, on Agoda it said this room can accommodate 4 persons. Wanting to confirm we also checked the hotel website and it said this room can only accompany 2 person, so we called the hotel which the front desk inform us that the hotel provide 2 types of “Twin Villa” one for 2 persons and the other for 4 persons. We decided to book. To our surprise when we arrived we were given 2 set of keycards, we thought the hotel was being generous since we are traveling with 4 people. It turned out that there are 2 set of keycards because there was 2 separate rooms. Each room for 2 persons. We complain through the front desk who explained that the Villa was design as a twin flat where the balcony was joined. We then complained again through Agoda who informed us that since it late at night we can talked with the manager in the morning. Morning comes and we went to talk to the front desk who informed us that the manager didn’t come in, but was aware of our concern and apologize since the description was clear on the website. We argued that the picture and the description was clear or not, but the facts that we booked for 4 adults with 1 room, should be staying in the same room, not 2 separate rooms as per our hotel voucher. We paid over 20K for the 2 nights stay and we could have just booked a regular room type for 2 rooms and 2 nights to save the cost. Front desk said that upgrade is not possible. So we headed back to our room feeling a little bit disappointed at the fact hat there was no manager and that the solution of the hotel was there’s nothing they can do. However, not 15 mins later the front desk came to our room to told us that they did discuss with the head office manager and since we are staying another night they are willing to upgrade us the the Grand Villa for free. Although with the room issue, the staff was very nice and professional and understanding. Last note,

Not Great at All.”
Honestly, this place is quite expensive and you do not get anything much for it. The pool was dirty, the shower was dirty, TV didn't work. It was not a great experience in this facility. Only good thing was the golf cart and the driver bringing us to the pool villa.
