The location is good, the apartment was decent. Untill things began to fall apart. The apartment door fell off 2 days after we got there. We called the owner, who said he will fix it within TWO days. Door barely closes, all our stuff inside are unsafe - and he thinks TWO days is OK... Though we kept calling and reminding him, he kept "forgetting" to fix it, and only got to it FOUR days after we called him. You can barely get a hold of him, and when you do, he says he will do things - but doesn't. Though the location is good - i'm never staying there again, and would recommend you wouldn't either. Unless the management is changed

The location was in the middle of a very busy market, so it was noisy and not easily accessible. The room was OK, size wise. However the A/C, for which I was thankful, was a split unit and quite loud, so that even after the market closed and I wanted to sleep, it was still difficult. To find the property for the first time, in and of its own was complicated, as it is a small door that only has a sign on it "Ha Carmel". When I called them on their mobile number to try to find the location, they did not answer, so I sent them an SMS and asked them to call me, whereupon they told me that they would send me an email. As I had no email access, I asked them to SMS me, which they did and I finally found the place (by the way, all the stalls in the area also did not know where the property was and actually directed me to a hostel nearby). Then the key for my "unit" (which was basically just a room, with a bed that has seen MANY better years) and a bathroom that I would not let my pet use, was supposed to be in this small box outside my unit. However, the box was defunct and fortunately a very friendly young lady was there, who provided me with a key, but told me that when I left the room I had to place the key under the mat, so that "if" their maintenance man cam, he could fix the box and place the key in it. I found this troublesome, as anyone could then just enter my room! Although they had a full time maid (I presume anyway, as she was there every day), they do not offer cleaning services. I have been to a few Apartment Hotels throughout the world and although they all either included daily cleaning services, or offered it for an additional fee. Maybe a thought for them? The first morning, I took a shower, as I do every day, and there was no warm water. Naturally, there is no one to speak with, so I sent them an SMS and they replied immediately informing me that their maintenance man would look into it today.
