The hotel is nice, but at the moment, there are large construction sites on both sides. Quite an eyesore. But the beachfront view is great, and you can see the sunrise from bed. If you're planning on sleeping early or have small children, be aware there's a beach bar across the street that plays music late. It might bother sensitive sleepers, but also a perk because its the perfect plave to chill right in front of the hotel. We found the room to be clean. All the staff we encountered were lovely. We enjoyed the rooftop bar and pool. Didn't try the spa. Plenty to eat nearby and easy to walk around. Nice place to stay.

After much considered thought we booked the Haian Beach Hotel & Spa. We wanted something with great beach access, as well a being in a great location. Well, Haian ticked all the boxes. The Beach right out the front door. With plenty of Bars close. Straight out the back you find endless great street experiences that Danang has to offer (including being a short walk to the head of the Dragon Bridge). The Hotel Amenities surpassed our expectations. Rooms were great, Rooftop bar and Infinity Pool was top class! The Gym was good enough. The daily breakfast and afternoon tea's were excellent! But where we were most impressed and happy with the Haian was the staff and their service. Continuously showing care and Helpfulness at every step of our stay. Special mention to James, who helped me get my Mobile phone return when I left it on a tour bus without knowing. He helped my contacted the tour guide, who got the tour bus driver to find the phone on the bus and return it to me at the Hotel Lobby. This could have easily turned into me losing my phone. We will definitely refer anyone to the Haian Beach Hotel & Spa. And we will return as soon as we possibly can. Thank you!!!

“A memorable Tet holiday for my family.”
My family had three memorable days and two nights at the hotel. Although the time was not long, every moment spent here provided a valuable experience. Space & Decor The hotel lobby is beautifully decorated, clearly reflecting the spirit and characteristic style of the place. There are many impressive photo spots, perfect for capturing beautiful moments. Regarding the parking lot, the hotel offers outdoor parking for cars. Being close to the beach, on windy days, sand can easily blow into car doors – a point to note if you are traveling by personal car. Service & Staff My first impression was of the professionalism and warmth of the staff. They always prioritize customer satisfaction, making me feel very cared for. Moreover, the staff's foreign language skills are quite good. From the reception to the staff outside the lobby, everyone can communicate fluently in English and Korean, helping international visitors easily integrate. Rooms & Amenities The rooms are clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully arranged. Although there aren't many sea-view rooms (mostly at an angle), the comfortable space and accompanying services left me quite satisfied. The room is fully equipped with amenities like an iron, hairdryer, and safe… However, hot water takes quite long to run (about 10 minutes) before it is enough for a shower. This wastes water, especially in January when the weather is quite cold. This is the only downside I have regarding the rooms. Services & Offers The services at the hotel are worth the money. There is free afternoon tea every day, along with discount vouchers for the Wooden Fish restaurant on the 2nd floor. Other amenities are also well-invested. The gym is clean and fully equipped. The kids' club is rich with various games such as a ball pit, slides, indoor climbing, toy cars, stuffed animals, themed coloring, bilingual books… Suitable for families with young children. Tet Activities The hotel organizes many traditional Tet activities, lasting from the 30th to the 3rd of the lunar new year. • On the 30th, there are traditional sticky rice cakes and a New Year's Eve offering. • On the morning of the 1st, there are lion dances, lucky money for children, and fortune-telling for the new year. • On the 2nd and 3rd, there are calligraphy sessions and toy figurine making. If guests are foreigners, I believe they will fully feel the New Year atmosphere of the Vietnamese. A significant plus is that the hotel provides explanatory notes to explain the significance of each activity to guests. Wooden Fish Restaurant & Cuisine The buffet breakfast at the Wooden Fish restaurant is very delicious, especially the sweet cakes, desserts, and yogurt. Conclusion Despite being Tet, the hotel does not raise prices, even with fewer staff than usual. If you are looking for a vacation spot for the New Year with a comfortable atmosphere, good service, and rich traditional character, I think this is a very worthwhile option!
