“Overall okay stay”
Stayed here twice during our first time in Osaka. The rooms were cramped as expected, but they were regularly cleaned. There is a communal water and ice dispenser, a microwave oven, and a drinks vendo machine. The frontoffice staff are also nice and approachable, knows english and can converse well. They allowed us to leave our luggages while we travel to Kyoto for a couple of nights. The best part about this hotel is it's location. Walking distance to all shopping areas in Shinsaibashi and a few minutes walk from Dotonbori. It is also nestled in Amerikamura, which has an interesting "cool" vibe as well. Will probably book here again if ever we come back. But I realized I like staying in Kyoto better so we'll see. Haha!

“Near shopping area”
Prior to arrival, I emailed the hotel for my request and they gladly communicated with me. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the hotel staff. With such lovely smiles nd cordiality. The hotel is so near America-mura just a few steps away. So near luxury shoppings brands; and near shinsaibashi and Dontonbori. The hotel is clean and the rooms that we booked are just enough for our luggages and stuffs, quite spacious compared to the other hotels in Japan that we stayed before. Breakfast was good and they served healthy food, though it would had been better if there is a variety of food or change in menu. Yet, overall such a GREAT place, worth the money!

“Used for the World Expo. It's a nice hotel.”
I searched for various places that seemed good for going to the Osaka Expo and decided on this hotel. I stayed there for a solo trip, a 3-night, 4-day itinerary. I mostly just used it to sleep, but overall, I am satisfied. The room was properly cleaned and had a sense of cleanliness, and the staff responded politely when I asked questions. One point of concern was that I could occasionally hear noise coming from next door (or above?), which felt somewhat loud at times. Also, since it has a unit bath, it might be a concern for some people. That's about it. For reference, my access route to the expo was hotel → Shinsaibashi Station → subway to Cosmo Square Station → taxi to the venue, and it went smoothly.

“The room is clean and convenient to travel.”
The room is clean and can fit 2 suitcases. It is close to the subway station, and within walking distance. There is a Family Mart at the front. The bathroom is clean and has full amenities. The strong shower is great. There is a bathtub for soaking in warm water for relaxation. The bed is suitable for 2 people. There is a small refrigerator, a kettle, a hairdryer, and other items provided. There is no bottled water; there is tap water available, but we went and bought bottled water to drink. Overall, I recommend it.
