Management at front desk let me check in without extra charges at 7am since I had an early arrival from naia. The room was nice and big but the next day head of housekeeping changed me to a suite with a pool view without any extra charge for the remainder of my stay which was very nice. All the staff at the hotel are very polite and helpful from the time you arrive. I bow down to them all for the wonderful experience. The buffet is a little different everyday. I compliment the chef and crew for such a tasty fresh choices. All the food is well flavored and hot. I haven’t made use of the pool and gym but it’s very clean set up nicely.

Brilliant Hotel ”
After having to make a last minute change of hotel due to poor customer service from another of manila many hotels had contacted the Heritage Hotel who replied to my email enquiries within minutes so booked my room at a very reasonable price for last minute booking on arrival by taxi from airport was greeted kindly by staff on door helped with my luggage and taken to the front desk to check in which was a pleasant experience with a very helpful and friendly member of staff Patrick (known as janssen)was given a room upgrade to club room(very nice) he explained where to go to get to my room where to go for breakfast etc. Room was spacious and very comfortable clean on one of the higher floors with view of the city small balcony, sofa,and large king-size bed which was very comfortable, bathroom was clean with bath and shower with almost instant hot water clean carpets throughout. Staff at the Heritage Hotel are all very friendly and helpful breakfast was buffet style which due to restrictions was smaller than normal but good choice again staff helpful and friendly after breakfast was sat out by the pool relaxing having a coffee when Patrick (janssen walked passed and immediately on seeing me asked if my stay was enjoyable asking me by my name which for a hotel of this size is was very warming gesture to remember quests name when you deal with so many people day in day out. I will certainly be returning to the Heritage Hotel and hope to experience more of what the hotel offers as last time was just overnight stay.Thank you to Patrick and all the staff for a memorable stay.

Great location, very clean, excellent ammenities and staff really friendly ”
Very close to Airport and many fast food and restaurants nearby.Beds are very comfortable and many ammenities.Cons be prepared too eat out if you’re on a budget as restaurant and mini bar very expensive catering mainly for business people.Also the airconditioning couldn’t be adjusted and it wasn’t cool enough for our requirements.Overall we enjoyed our stay and was good value for money and I definitely recommend.

This hotel lives up to its rating in every sense of the word. The staff are cheerful and always willing to go the extra mile for customer comfort. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet is good. Shuttle service to the Mall of Asia reliable clean and comfortable. Good pool and gym facilities. Towels and bedding are crisp and fresh. At this price one should look no further.

Best bang for the buck”
Probably one of my favorite place. Because it is super close to Mall of Asia. Room is very clean and big space. Plenty of things to do in lobby area with pleny of people who come from different places of the world. Very quick and excellent service, the staff are very polite and professional. I enjoyed this place very much.

Awesome experience and celebrating anniversary”
Overall experience was great. Comfy beds, clean bedroom and bathroom. Fast wifi, approachable staff, relaxing place. Only need to improve is the breakfast, put some menu even we need to pay additional for it because not all customers can eat what they serve. But for me it is still a 5/5. Good job, highly recommendable to others.

Room Upgrade for free of charge was Superb, Location wise, this place is great as it is directly opposite to everything, clean room. Everything is great Except for the hairs I found on the bathtub and the floor. And water marks all over the wall and shower it hasn’t been cleaned properly.

We booked this hotel to be closer to an event we wanted to attend. There were so many people who had the same idea so the place was super crowded and the hotel seemed overwhelmed at times (lots of delays in check in, room service, etc.) and while it sounds like a less than ideal experience, the staff were patient, never rude, and I couldn’t fault them for perhaps unfamiliarly having to deal with a crowd of that size. It’s still a pretty decent place to stay in my opinion, just maybe not quite the first choice in the future given the circumstances. Food was okay, rooms were clean, bed was comfy, no bidet in the bathroom though, which was odd because the restroom near the buffet had bidets hahaha. There was a lot of valid frustration from other clients who stayed around the same time as us. I understand them but I hope cooler heads prevailed when they submitted their feedback too. I would think it’s a good learning experience for both Heritage and the clients. Fingers crossed things only look up going forward 🤞

My favorite hotel in Manila”
Almost perfect hotel in Pasay. Always my first and last stop in Manila. Location is perfect, as well as service, cleaness and rooms. The only thing they should improve is de quality of the food on the 'a la carte' menu. Food isn't good, pizza is terrible. Please improve! It doesn't fit with the rest of the hotel!

Spacious rooms, good location”
For its price, the rooms are clean and spacious. The interesting facade ensures that all rooms get a little piece of the sky; one just has to draw the curtains for natural light to come flooding in. The location is also quite excellent; in fair weather, one can take a short ride, or even walk, to the nearby Mall of Asia. On inclement days, there are also several smaller malls and dining establishments just across Roxas Boulevard. One thing, though, kept me from giving a perfect score. As a Filipino, I do find myself a bit disgruntled by the absence of a bidet. To be fair, however, the building itself is a bit dated, which shows as other, more subtle details (eg. clotheslines in the bathroom, lolz) but, personally, I think it's part of the charm. More than anything, one does feel the earnestness of the hotel to provide adequate creature comforts to its occupants, age notwithstanding.

All the staff were accommodating and helpful. They were courteous and respectful. Food was superb! especially the salmon with mashed potato. Breakfast buffet was great as there were Lots of choices. It's a hotel constructed since hotels were not common in metro manila, so some furnitures aren't modern , however you will still have a nice sleep as all beds are comfy. Overall, i am pleased and i'll always stay in this hotel.

I highly recommend this hotel for it's employees. They were polite and very accommodating specially Ms Kathleen from the millennium lounge. She is very polite, assisted us nicely, She even upgraded or room as a gift for my sister . 5star for her. also with the staffs from our floor (8th). They gave us our needs without any problems. We stayed for the pool however it was not available that time but it's okay provided that the hotel gave us a VERY NICE STAY.

I enjoyed very much. I loved the nice hot water for my shower and having a real tub. The bed was large and comfortable. Housekeeping so friendly and efficient. Recommend a great place to stay. I do wish the casino was open never found out why closed

We had a great time during our mom's birthday ”
The Heritage Hotel Manila shows deterioration. Outside of the hotel is quite dark and a bit dirty. Hopefully they take notice of this. I gave five star rating because though the three other rooms that our family got for our mom's birthday were available after 4pm, my partner and I got our room on time and we were upgraded.! Because of the upgrade to the best room, we have used the upgraded room for all of us get together in one room for our mom's birthday! Thank you, The Heritage Hotel Manila ^^
