We’ve no regret choosing this resort while in Koh Kood. We booked the deluxe pool villa which was spacious and clean. Our villa was surrounded with a lush tropical garden and has a descent size pool. The water quality of the pool is ok could have been better. The resort staffs actually made our stay extra special, they are all very friendly, helpful and courteous. From the front desk to the beach bar, housekeeping to the gardener they all excelled in excellent customer service! The daily turndown service with extra bottles of water and sweets was a nice touch. Villa was cleaned up daily and they lighted up the mosquito coil every evening which really helped ward off those nasty blood suckers! The breakfast was one of the best that comes with international and Thai selections, it also has an egg station, fresh cold-pressed juice station, a separate aircon room that serves cold cuts, cheeses, cut fruits and sparkling wine! The breakfast selections are changed daily. However the restaurant food was just ok for that price, you get better and cheaper food outside of resort. Do note most restaurants outside resort close very early around 8.30pm. The common pool is huge and deep, the beach is one of the best in Koh Kood, white sand and crystal clear water with no rubbish. The sunset at the bar is breathtaking with Happy hour 5-6pm. We highly recommend this resort if you are looking for a quality place to stay in Koh Kood.

One of the best hotels in Thailand”
I loved everything about this resort: from staff, through room to facilities. The villa's are spacious, very clean and very well maintained. The beach is very nice, the area very cozy. You really feel like in a paradise. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing (they do even have a chill room for cold cuts and cava). I have been multiple times in Thailand but this hotel is so far one of the best ones! I would definitely come back. If I have to find something for improvement: Wifi is not reliable, so in case you plan to work from here, you might need portable Wifi modem.

We stayed at high seasons for 7 nights , this hotel and all it’s staff are excellent. Nothing was too much trouble . If your looking for a romantic or peaceful get away then I highly recommend it . This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at on all the Thailand islands . I’ve been to a lot of them now . The food was lovely , the hotel is maintained consistently unlike others in Thailand . Only thigh I did not like was the remote the control in the room for the 2 was rather frustrating. But I guess it’s noting . Can’t wait to come see you all again Paul and warren

The best place to stay in Koh Kood”
Very high standard and value with all payment! Room is large, nice bed, very clean, great amenity, private, and very comfortable. The location is special, clean long beach, fishes are swimming close by your knee. Swimming pool is the best! Salt pool and very large. Enjoy nature inside the hotel trees, plants, flowers, and walk on smooth grassed. Foods are yum! Pizza is good, same to steak and Thai foods. All good! Highly recommend.

I love it here. Natural settings. Spacious, clean Grand Pool Villa. Friendly staff. Great service. Love the Thai footbath out front to wash off sand before coming in to villa. Love the Thai bath in the back. Except to go diving, I haven’t left the resort. Enjoying the food as well. Both Thai and Italians. Highly recommend staying here.

Exquisite environment, especially the villas are beyond beautifully designed They are spacious provide privacy and are super cozy. The facility is densly landscaped with native vegetation. This is calm and quiet place at a beautiful beach. The staff is super friendly, reliable and helpful. Sometimes service can be a little tricky, because of logistics or small gaps in tbe system etc but everyone works hard to resolve any issues. I had a very special and memorable stay there.

We stayed for 4 nights and had an wonderful time. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Food is really good, especially the breakfast. The water and beach is one of the cleanest and best I've ever seen.

Great for quiet, relaxing stay”
We requested and stayed at a fence covering room, as we wanted to keep the window curtains open facing the private swimming pool, and still have privacy. The beach is clean with clear water, and very calm, but not fit for snorkeling as there aren't many fish. (Paradise beach had varieties of fish and corals) . All the staff we met during our stay were very nice. Would visit again.

Not cheap, but this was the best resort/hotel experience I've ever had. Beautiful location, lovely huge pool and great villa pools too. The little touches in the room are what makes it - High Season bookmarks, daily sweets, aromatherapy burners refreshed every day. Go for it if you can possibly afford it!

Great Place to stay. ”
It was my birthday trip. The room was beautiful with super comfy bed. There are many choices of restaurant in the hotel. I got a chance to dine on the "Bird Nest" the view was stunning it was such a beautiful dinner. The down side was only that the villas are located to close to each other with only thin bushes between, you can hear when your neighbors open or shut the door. It would be better if hotel could provide more privacy. Overall, I love this trip :).

Dear Khun Nattarom: Thank you for staying with us and also your kind and sincere comment on our facilities especially our SIGNATURE (Bird's Nest) located 5 meter above the ground and by the beach where you can have a Romantic Dinner under the moonlight or watching sunset in the late afternoon as this is the best spot in Koh Kood. As for Privacy, we are aware of this important thing where we have also buit up the wooden fence for more privacy but unfortunately it was fuly booked at that time.
