A pleasant stay”
This is my 3rd time staying at Hilton Bandung and I always love it. The last time I stayed here I was given a complimentary upgrade to King Deluxe Plus Room at level 11. The room was spacious, bathroom had shower and bath tub. Tried the gym and it was clean and quiet. Didn't get a chance to swim though. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is very close to malls and foodstalls. It is also only 3 minutes away from the train station. Overall, this is one of the hotel I will recommend in Bandung.

I really like the service of the staffs here.. I have complaint for our room at first, coz the blind curtain in bathroom is broken cannot close. But they response fast upon our complain. They give us option to move room, or they try to fix it.. But we chose just let them try to fix first, and it fixed. And other request to housekeeping also responded fast. And the room is spacey, nice, and clean..

Pros + Room spacious with 2 queen beds + Air Con is super cold, love it. + Spacious Bathtub + Staff Friendly Cons: - Pool is too cold, some hotel peers in Bandung already provide a warm pool - Breakfast variety needs to improve. - Kids corner is near the smoking area, its not convenient for kids to play along. - Kids Club still closing while other hotels have already opened it. - please upgrade the TV to be smart tv (or maybe added Set-top Box) would be great. Overall we were happy to stay here...

Due to the nature of Bandung, you will find many hot spring resorts. But for being close to the city center and for other sights, this hotel is the best. The service to them was enough to stimulate the depths of my heart. Especially the breakfast service for our family was the best. Thank you to the Hilton staff.

Hilton Hospitality is the best this time”
Hilton Bandung always become my first choice if staying in Bandung City Center. The hospitality is the best and sleep quality very very good. The rain shower and sound proof room is what I like from Hilton and can't find in other hotels in Bandung. So I decided to stay at Hilton for my short escape 4th wedding anniversary. Staying two night with upgraded room from Hilton really suprise me. More suprise with the room decoration from Ridwan and Fiqri, and the wishes from Mega and FO Team. Thank you very much. Hilton Bandung Hospitality this time is the best. With my previously review, this is additional my experience with Hilton to the fullest.

Never disappointing but …”
This is my go-to hotel everytime I’m in the city. Service is excellent, food and ambience is great, and staff are friendly, helpful and professional. However, my last stay was rather tainted by rather unnecessary incident: someone opened our room door at 6am, luckily we used the extra door latch.

We chose the double queen bed room & turns out it’s super spacious! We have a pleasant stay and would recommend the stays as well. All staffs are very attentive, rooms are also ultimately clean with new amenities without flaws. Would definitely come back here again in the future. Thank you!

It’s been a while since I visited Hilton Bandung last. I was impressed with the quality and taste of the food and they did not disappoint during our 4D-3N stay. The 2 Queen Deluxe room for me, my husband and 2 teenage children is the perfect choice if you are staying with teen kids. Room service was excellent and health protocol was seen to at all times. Swimming pool and table tennis were good entertainment facilities if you are bored staying in the room. We will definitely come back and stay and recommend this hotel to everyone. Love the hotel because easy access from/to toll gate while convinient to anywhere in cities. Room is spacious and good view to the Mountain. Health protocols strictly observed thus make us secure to swim and eat in restaurant. B fast is good with great coffee..
