We only stayed 4 nights at the Hotel Inn Singapore Atrium but enjoyed every minute. The design of the hotel was incredible spaning 27 floors. Our room was spacious and very clean with fresh bottled water supplied every day. Excellent breakfast buffet available every morning. It was lovely to relaxby the rooftop pool. One thing to be aware of is currently the hotel is a comfortable 15min walk from the nearest MRT (train) station, which was a little hard work in the heat and humidity we experienced at the end of a long day of sightseeing. It appears a new MRT line is being worked on which will hopefully mean a station closer to the hotel.

Front desk staff and concierge outstanding. I needed documents emailed to my travel insurance co. and nothing was too much trouble for them. They organised a doctor to come to the hotel room for a consultation. Also organised our flight home. The Duty Manager would ring to see how I was feeling, such wonderful, caring and friendly staff.

Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium is a decent place to stay in the city. I stayed for 3 days for a workshop which was held in one of their function rooms. Hotel staff were helpful, friendly and with good customer service. Though rooms were slightly dated, it was clean and spacious enough. My room had a good view of the city. The hotel is not that far from Marina Bay Sands and Garden by the Bay. It’s also great to walk around to find eating places. Close to hawker spots, like 5-minute walk away. I’d stay here again given the chance.

Handy troubles”
Handy phone reset and got configured to another rooms' number. Reception staff advised it wont happen again. Upon extending stay for 2 more nights, asked the staff to ensure it doesn't happen again, yet it did. I lost all the data on I had gathered on that phone twice.
