I got room in 5th floor. It was clean and had a good view. The lift wan't working and there is no shower gel or shampoo.

I was 8 days in hotel bugv no anybadies clean, no a.yone chang bedding, all customer have the some key and i sow sometimes my room open, everdays come new customer open my bed room even midnight. I toll them but i don't have any solution. Please don't do that. I find it hotel very good but reception is not good. I tell them 4x to clean my room but not. Sorry wenn i say that.

Unexpected ”
In pictures the room that I booked was completely different then what I got and it was burning hot and they was no air conditioner or fresh towels even during a stay of 3 days. It was a weird experience but if you like staying at a low cost, go for it

Very much you get what you pay for, but was better than the reviews made me think it would be! Room was spacious and light, very easy access into the city via the S-Bahn. No working elevator so a lot of stairs and staff weren’t particularly helpful, but overall if you’re looking for a place to just sleep while you explore the city on a budget, ootel is perfect.

Great location with good connections to public transport even all night long. However there was no hot water for shower, no idea if it is due to summer, but was inconvenient to shower.

Helpful and felt like home receiption Manager”
Generally....living with no wifi, so far so good of the space and share bathroom. But for woman bathroom have separate door key for security, living for 3 ngihts and two nights the lock is damage but manager ask a staff to stand out of the door for security. Manager care about girl safety, i have order 10 bed share room while i check-in he arrange a 4 bed share room for me and the last night only me and a guy roommate and he re-arrange another 4 bed room for my own....felt like living in home!!

Far away”
I had exspected something different and closer to the centre. It is really far away in East Berlin and we found it difficult to get home at night. The breakfast buffet was not very good to say the least and we found uncomforting that there would always be a group of men/boys hanging out in front of the entrance. The night we arrived they were drinking and we were worried weather our car was safe. The room though, was clean but worn out (like the rest of the place)....The best part was the staff that treated us nicely.

We only slept there as we were at the World Champignonship for Iclandic horses, but there was clean beds and towels, the breakfast was good.

DDR style dormitory”
It is old dormitory in East Berlin rearranged as a hostel with some little renovation. Internet is for separate (small) fee and only in the lobby. Common toilet and common washroom along long corridor. Empty room, only bed, and chair. There is even no hook to hang your coat. I took singe room. One night was quiet, second night was noisy due to youngsters (school age) taking 4-bed rooms nearby. Breakfast is OK. It is not city center, but transportation is good. Only save money if you are travelling on shoestring.

Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmte. Zimmer sehr einfach, aber sauber. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Fast keine Lokalitäten in der Umgebung. Gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV.
