We stayed here last time and got to check in earlier with minimal one time fee. This time, we were not able to do that. They were fully booked because of F1. But they upgraded our room due to late check in as they were still cleaning beyond check in time. Last time we stayed for 4 nights. This time, only 3 night. We moved to a backpacker inn for our family trip on the last day and it was horrible. Should be our last. If there was extra room I would rather let my family stay at Porcelain. It was a great stay and peaceful one. Thank you Agoda and Porcelain!

My Singapore Experience!”
I am happy with my stay and my girlfriend liked it also. The room was comfortable and the service was okay. The space was just a bit confusing having a smaller spaced room, but as long as there is a bed its all great. The not so pleasant experience was not having the proper socket to charge my gadgets such as Iphones and apple watch and power banks due to the hotel power sockets in the room. Overall experience was convenient and amazing! I will definitely comeback to this place and country.

Fantastic location and attentive staff”
I had a great 3 night stay with the Porcelain hotel and found the hotel a great place to spend a few days. Staff were lovely and friendly and the rooms themselves were great for the size they were. Location is great for chinatown and to get to the city. Thought it might be noisy being on the street side but wasn't woken once during the night. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to any of my friends who are travelling to Singapore.

When I wanted a desk in the room, they offered me two other rooms with a desk (even it's small, a desk is a desk) and they even upgrade my room to a queen room without charge. Rooms I've been have couple hangers but no wardrobe and there is no luggage rack. Bed is comfortable and air condition is flawless. There was smell in just one noon from the near restaurants, except that no smell in the room. Bathroom is small and the shower is wetting the sink and the toilet, however they are clean. Location is exceptional. You can walk to your hotel from almost every attraction, hence after public transportation ended this was a delight.

I love China town area so this hotel has been the best option in my opinion so far. Shopping mall, well-known bak kut teh store and Lim Chee Guan ( signature Bak Kwa), station, alley full of street food and souvenir retailers ... all within 5 minutes walking distance

Comfy and good location!”
Location is great! Lots of restaurants and hawker centre (like a food court) around the area. Hotel is near Chinatown MRT too which made it very easy for us to get around, there's also a bus stop nearby. Check-in was fast. We booked the deluxe queen room which was good enough for us (2 adults, 1 toddler). The room is quite small which we did not mind at all. Bed is comfy and every day they would change our towels and tidy up the room, which we very much appreciated after coming back to the hotel after a tiring day. Room comes with a small ref, electric kettle, coffee/tea, hair dryer and a small closet hidden in the bar table. Check-out was also fast and they have a storage room to store your luggage for you before you go to the airport. We will definitely consider staying here again next time we're in Singapore.

The location is near to Chinatown mrt. There were also lots of eateries outside the hotel. Staff were also efficient at handling our check in and check out. The room was small, so it is advisable to book a larger room for those who were bringing bulky luggages. Shampoo and body shampoo were provided in the toilet.

This hotel was great, located in Chinatown, close to eateries, 7-11 convienience store, shops, hop on hop off bus stop, and the MRT. Clean hotel with helpful professional staff. Airport shuttle too which was great. Highly recommend.

Worth your money”
The location is perfect. It is accessible to almost all necessities. It is near the mrt station, restaurants, supermarket, souvenir shops, you name it. The staff are very helpful and caring. They will assist you in every way they can. The rooms are quite small but it is clean and comfortable. To top all of these, their room rates are the cheapest in the area. Highly recommend this to all travelers out there!

The hotel is located in Chinatown with some very good food and easy access to the MRT. The hotel was very clean and has a very helpful staff. As a solo, minimalist traveler, I found the hotel more than adequate. For those that travel with more luggage, they might find the rooms a bit too small. This will be my first choice when I return to Singapore later this year.

Perfect place for a layover or short business trip”
We booked this hotel as it was very central and convenient for some business meetings in the CBD whilst on a deliberate layover. My wife and baby stayed inside the hotel to rest whilst I went out. Upon my return, my wife commented that she wouldn’t mind staying again if I’m a 2-3 day business trip as, despite the intentionally small rooms, it’s clean, well designed & decorated and very comfortable.

for the non fussy types - good value”
I stayed a night in a single bed room at this place, at the time when I booked this on agoda I paid $64. It's clean inside the room there's a tv, kettle, fridge, safe, hair dryer the furnishing is ok, aircon power is strong and nothing else was broken, the room is a little cramp but to be fair expected as it's a single and I guess you get what you pay for but overall pretty positive I may return again but probably will try a double room the next time.
