Close to Naturkunde Museum ”

I was in Berlin because of my son would like to see Museum Naturkunde . Perfect area,we're arrival Berlin at 11 am then 5 minute walk to the Museum.. after we looking for our hotel is just cross the street in front of Museum is the Hotel .. such a easy ,comfortably .. that why choose to stay here.. room is clean ..my son said to small but lovely its enough.. staff are very kindly and helpful . From hotel take the bus or other that fine .. **not too noisy like I think. We stay on the 6 floors..we're heard nothing.. its quite for me

Perfect Hotel for Short stay and roam around in Berlin... Loved the stay and wish to visit again”

Very Close to Berlin Central Railway Station; Walk-able distance or you can take tram and get down on the next stop :) Free coffee at reception; Received Sparkling Water bottle as Complementary service. We requested to change it with normal water & Mr Ben at reception gave a new bottle immediately. Thanks a ton :) Very Friendly and Polite Staff; We had received very warm welcome and all three members at reception are very nice... They kept our luggage in hotel when we checked out and therefore, we could roam around till evening. Neat and clean rooms; Our special Request for Large bed was fulfilled and we had a very good sleep in the night. Even guest bathrooms were in very good conditions; I did not have food at hotel (being vegetarian and fastidious person) but, you can try out!!! Overall, we enjoyed the stay and we would love to visit it again. Keep surprising us with kindness and attentiveness.

Perfect little gem in a nice position”

Newly renovated, clean, warm, just in front of the museum, close to the u-bahn (literally 4 minutes' walk). And it's so incredibly cheap for Berlin. We would stay there again and again. Obviously the room is not giant, and it's fairly basic, but for that price it's a real bargain.

Lovely little hotel in the heart of Berlin centre - lots of brilliant cafes and food options nearby, with main attractions at a walking distance. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Great value for the money”

Clean contemporary styled rooms with air conditioning, just in the centre of Berlin. Only downside is lack of parking.

Excellent place to stay”

Very clean hotel, immaculate white bedding, powerful shower, cosy and warm room. Great for catching transport, and lovely bars, restaurants and live music nearby. Staff very friendly.

NIce Hotel”

Located quite central and just few hundred metres away from most of the attractions. Room is clean and quite basic but enough for us. Tram station is just in front of the hotel and quite convenient and it operates 24hours but downside is the noise when the tram passes the hotel.

Disappointing”

Such a price CHF 360.- for so few amability (woman without a smile, speaking too fast), such few cleanliness (Windows are really dirty), such few security (luggage kept without any system of tickets), such a small hall for reception. Never go to this hotel.

Acceptable”

The hotel was good but staff not helpful at all we arrived very early and very tired from the journey and even we request to check in early around 11 am. The reception just told us we have to check in at 3 pm and she said you can request anything but doesn't mean you will get and we come back again to the hotel at 2 pm. She still told us have to wait until 3pm. As I see during covid time is no customer but she still not let us check in.

If you're looking for somewhere to spend a night close to the Hauptbahnhof, I can easily recommend this hotel. The rooms aren't large or luxurious, but for what you pay it is better than what you would expect.

Staff was super friendly. Especially the afternoon early evening desk person! Not a luxury hotel. Just Good clean rooms, great shower, decent beds, good tv and well located. No complaints at all.
