Good Location, cheap rate for single individual room but it's too cold at night”
Deposit 1,000 yen upon check in. Located 100 metres from Exit 8 DobutsuenMae Station and 400 metres from Exit Tsutenkaku Tower at JR Shin Imamiya Station (Huge Mega Don Quixote just opposite it) and (West Exit/behind Shin Imamiya, there's Tamade, even cheaper than Don Quixote, food on discount only 100 yen), behind hotel, there's Dobutsuenmae shopping districts and Shinsekai. Next to hotel, there's a 24 hour shop selling prepacked food for 150 yen each. WiFi only at lobby and lounge; you can rent wifi a day for 300 yen with a deposit of 1,000 yen; better request upon checkin at 9 am or this wifi rental will be sold out. No heater or aircon inside individual rooms; but hanger and bed and blanket provided. Female showers are inside lounge, no shampoo or soap provided & keep pressing the shower button every 28 seconds or water from shower will stop. No shower after 11 pm. Free usage of washing machine. Free water provided. Can leave luggage with the reception upon checkout (at 9 am).

They are painting here, so I don't know how it will be when they are done. Looking good! The staff is very friendly and there is a mix of younger and older guests from Japan and around the world. No heat in winter and traditional Japanese bathing make it an authentic stay. Smaller single occupancy rooms.

easy access to shinsekai and subways. The room was quite basic but it works well for travellers who just need a place to sleep. there is a 24hour laundromat just 30 seconds walk away and plenty of places to get food

it took me 2 hrs to find this hotel!Can u imagine my flt arr at 9pm,by the time i arr subway dobutsuen-mae was already midnight?I walked past this hotel so many times but did not notice it due to its super small signage...was asking some local people there but nobody knew...until i asked the little restaurant just beside the hotel only they pointed to me is just next door,OMG!Upon arr,nobody was at the reception,apparently it is CLOSED and have to wait till next morning!I have indicated in the booking form will arr midnight and will pay for the night!I knocked on the staff door and some young girl came out and entertained me..i was really lucky... i was not offered a heater room at all...and so i slept the whole 5 nights shivering even though there was a blanket which i also used...i did not shower at all as there r alotted timings and it is located at the lobby...besides,i did not bring my towel thinking the hotel will provide...gosh the room is so small!

Only recommend staying at this hotel if you have a flight the next day, or you really want some private space. Room is very small and the hotel is very dirty, but the location is great (a mega don quixote is located just down the road = cheap food and drinks)

It's not really clean or comfort with just 1 cushion on the floor, but convenient in terms of price and location. There is a really lovely Japanese traditional bento store on the next door which opens till late night for mostly local people (very cheap!). That's what I enjoy the most in this place.

Worth for money. Good but not the best for budget travelers and in good location, very convenient. Shower time is during 6am - 11pm., not 24hrs. Be prepared when you have a long hangout.
