Exceptional comfort 2nights stay ever”
I came for an important exam and was staying in this hotel due to the perfect location (3mins walking distance to exam venue), at first I was hesitate to book this hotel because of the picture of the hotel building looks abit old, BUT surprisingly the interior is so NEW, CLEAN and WELL maintained! According to the receptionist from lobby, this hotel had just done renovation and that’s why the interior so clean and new. I stayed at the 10th floor and the room was so cozy and well equipped with everything, even with a modern tech water dispenser! The cleaner is so friendly and she help me tidy every single corner. The price is affordable with such good location (1min walking to lotsa of shopping malls in orchard road) and friendly service. Totally worth it! Will sure come back again when come to Singapore and will sure recommend to my friends!

Booked Hotel Grand Central having seen that it was situated on Orchard road itself. Was a little worried since majority of the reviews were not too good. I must say that I was beyond satisfied with my stay. The staff were very efficient and accomadating. The rooms were small but spacious and very clean. The beds were super comfy. The breakfast was tasty and filling. The location is extremely convinient with all the malls just walkong distance away. The small restauranfs right opposite the hotel have some of the tastiest street food ive ever had. Overall, I had a fantastic 4 night stay and would certainly stay here the next time I'm in Singapore. Keep up the great work Hotel Grand Central!

Great Location”
This hotel is in the best location if you want to be near Orchard Road. It was right in the middle of orchard road but slightly further back so its away from the noisy busy streets of orchard road. Right in front of the hotel is a great little side street which is open all day and all night serving fresh seafood, satay skewers, hainan chicken rice and a lot of other yummy things for a cheap price. The hotel was very clean, and our room was perfect. we were on the top floor so the room was very quiet. the hotel lobby staff were amazing also. We had the best stay there and would definately stay again.

Great location, almost on Orchard Road, the road you wouldn't want to miss when in Singapore. Also very close to the Somerset MRT station. No need breakfast at the hotel because all kinds of eating places are just steps away. The room is a little compact but very clean and love the idea of having a hot/cold water dispenser in your own room. The bed is very comfortable and there is a swimming pool and gym if you are an exercise nut like ourselves. The staff needs special mention as they were extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you. We had a great stay and will be back.

Pros: We would definitely will stay in this hotel if we are coming to Singapore in the future. The room is clean, very comfortable bed, the staff are very friendly and overall , we are very satisfied with service. The location is very nearby to food court, taxi stand, mrt station, bus station and shopping complex is just next to the hotel. We would say this is the best place to stay. Cons: have to pay parking fee ($10 per day). Hope the hotel will consider to provide free parking tickets to their customers in the future.

Smooth checked in. Staff are friendly. I have no complain with the cleanliness. Plaza singapura is just like less than 10minutes walk. 7 eleven also not far. I think the place is just right for me who loves to walk and burn a bit calories. I recommend this place for whom looking for an affordable price and yet close to shopping area at orchard. 313 is pretty good though. The room size is just right and the good thing is that the bed is comfortable.

I’ve stayed in Grand Central before because of its proximity to big malls, many restaurants and MRT station, it’s very convenient. But I have to add that during this stay, I was very impressed with the cleanliness, the linen was very comfortable and clean. And there’s a nice bath tub with plenty of hot water to sooth your legs after a long day of shopping. Definitely great value for money!!

Hotel is located near Somerset station and other shopping malls in the area as it is located in Orchard. Room is really clean and the view is fine from the window. We had a great time on this hotel! Thanks to the staff especially to Uncle who called up a cab to get us to the airport. Really appreciated your help, Sir! Each room has water dispenser with cold and hot options. Just make sure to read the instructions as it was a bit tricky.

Exceptional”
Clean and spacious. I went on a Full-house weekend but the staffs are still putting a smile on their faces despite the long Q for Check-in at 5pm. Room and furniture are clean. must be a promotion weekend as It's not a cheap place to stay in at Orchard. Only issue I had during my stay was the WiFi and TV, the signal gets interupted frequently and my Youtube or shows just hang and needs to restart the TV box again. Will definitely book again

Aircond is ok. Not super cooling yet can accomodate singapore hot weather. Location is gd. Reach out to nearest bus stop and mrt station Shower and bathtub, water pressure flow is strong and hot enough Water dispenser, my favourites. Easy to reach out for hot coffee and tea Bedding is fine. Comfy and cosy Sound proof of the room, able to hear kids crying in midnight. Nothing can be expect Cleaner, housekeeping. very nice person, would greet you hello, gd morning and friendly The wifi, can be disconnected sometimes but mostly quite stable for me while work from hotel. Overall, i would choose to stay again.

4days 3nights is just right for our biz trip. Tapas Club spanish restaurant was nearby and served good food. A 15 min walk along Orchard road would give you places to choose from, restaurants malls cafes and the like. My room was clean and shower was strong. Pillows is best if you hug them while you sleep.

We enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff, accommodation is good. We were on high flr corner room and its quiet. Clean bed and sheets. Complete TV, wifi, aircon, iron and iron board, vault, hairdryer in bathroom, rainshower head and handheld shower, hot and cold water dispenser is a plus to this hotel. (anytime available). Free slippers, shower gel and shampoo nice smell, toothbrush and toothpaste freshen breath, toiletries complete. Breakfast is more than enough. Usage of swimming pool safe by booking so its kinda exclusive an hr of usage . Overall satisfied stay at affordable price. Recommended. Worth it.

This hotel is very location wise. Its very near to orchard road, dhoby ghaut, bus stops, and shops. Despite being near to orchard, their hotel is very conducive to rest in. The staffs are very accommodating and assisting. They even help us weigh our luggage when we asked them to. Some reviews suggests that their rooms are small, but for tourist like us that only stays in the hotel to rest, the room space is fair enough. Its not really that small. The room is cleaned in a daily basis even if we do not ask them to. They always make sure that when we come back to our room, we will feel relaxed from a day of tour. One of their deal breakers is their built-in water dispenser. Especially to us, we need to make sure we have enough drinking water since we have kids. The only problem is their personal fridge which is not quite cold. But overall, our stay in Hotel Grand Central is very great. We will definitely book here again when we go back to Singapore.

Premier room size is adequate clean , modern , bed is comfy , ligjting is adequate ,good rain shower , wifi , everything works. 40 inch TV channel is very clear . Bathroom amenities , twin bathrobes , hairdryer , fridge , safe , iron& board all provided in room. Yes , I will stay here again.

The hotel location is the best. If you’re planning to go to sentosa its just about 3 minutes walk to bus 123 stop which is just 35-40 minutes bus to sentosa. And train station is just 5-8 minutes walk via sommerset station. From there you can jump off to a lot of tourist spots. The hotel itself is also nice. Clean and staff are very hospitable. I would definitely go back here next time.

I like the bed and pillow so much that I dont want to get up! Sooo comfy and relaxing! Plus the location is superb! A hawker stores infront of the hotel so you can eat anytime. Near dhoby gaut and somerset station but prefer somerset to go to because theres more stores for you to see while walking to the mrt. Staffs were friendly as well. A total of happiness for a short stay.

It’s great! They will try to fulfil all your request and it’s very clean and cozy. Near plaza singapura and mrt connected with the mall also. Downstair have some stalls selling dishes till midnight and 7-11 just at the corner.

Stayed in triple room, suitable for 3 adults and 1 kid. Suprisingly there is a bathup even though the toilet is quite small. Rooftop swimming pool, with pool for kids. Location is very near to sommerset station and all the shopping malls.
