Great Location, Great Hotel”
I stayed at Hotel Grand Pacific for two weeks during Christmas. While the hotel is old, the beds are very comfortable (although the mattress could be hard for some), the rooms are large and there’s a bath to soak in after a long day of shopping. The staff are wonderful, especially Hayley and Celine. The position is great - a couple of minutes to Bras Basah MRT, and 5-8 minutes walk to both Bugis Street and City Hall MRT stations. The pool area, although small, is sparkling clean with plenty of towels. A wonderful place to stay. I will definitely stay there again.

Hotel Grand Pacific is in a great location for pretty much anything you wish to do, or visit in Singapore. It's well-appointed, clean and has good facilities. I guees it was value for money, but only just. I ended up just simply booking the accommodation becaus the wretched 'algorithm' was upping the price whilst i was (up until that point enjoying the experience of making my own comparison choices. Personally, I think the 'algorithm' is unethical. Hotels, planes, trains: simply publish your seasonal prices and offers for the year and leave your customers to make their choices. Being backed into a corner to make a choice is no fun!

Extremely convenient hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff from the door to the front office”
We stayed for four nights and had no problem at all. It was on a breakfast added basis. But sadly the breakfast had no changes at all being served the same menu every day. Food served was good but prefer if there was a change in the western buffet. Rooms very clean and spacious but then again the bathroom has to be updated. If these little changes are done it would be an excellent place. But for sure would recommend and we will come again.

Mieleen jäivät erityisesti Hayley, joka huolehti meidät uuteen taksiin, kun missasimme edellisen ja nuori aulamies, jonka nimeä en valitettavasti muista, joka vinkkasi meille Chijmesin. Oma ravintola on plussaa. Ei tarvitse aina etsiä ruokapaikkaa. Hyvä uima-allas. Sijainti on täydellinen. Metropysäkkejä ja ostoskeskuksia lähellä. We stayed 5 days in the hotel. Staff is very helpful. Especially I remember Hayley who took care of us to a new taxi after we missed the first one. Then there was young man in the lobby whose name I sadly forgot. He told us about Chijmes. A restaurant in the hotel is fine. You don't have to search for a place to eat every time. Good swimming-pool. Location is perfect. There are MRT stations and shopping centers near.

Room is very spacious,clean,very near to bugis street n halal food... we got cheap price from agoda too..only saf thing was i requested for room with adjoining door but was not able too..not sure if was given the wrong room combination..or if there was misunderstanding.. otherwise..its a very awesome hotel.. will stay again

Location was good just that its an old hotel. Minutes walk to city hall mrt and bugis station. Shopping malls like bugis+ and bugis junction are nearby too. Food is easily accessible like markets and coffeeshop. Front desk staff are very helpful with helping me with carrying up and down of the pram. Hotel should have ramp to be more accessible as there is a short flight of stairs in/out of the hotel. Overall its a good stay with reasonably priced. Christine , Hayley and the indian frontline staff were very helpful and friendly.

EXCELLENT LOCATION. Near MRT stations Bugis, Bencolen and Bras Basah ( the closest MRT) also walking distance to the Mall Raffles City and Bugis Junction. There's a 7-11 convenience store and a money changer beside the hotel. The Hotel itself is old but well maintained. It's clean and smells good. Free bottled water and sort of like a pocket wifi is a plus. Bellman are friendly. One guy on duty even helped us booked a grab car on the way to the airport and we saved alot $ compared to taking a cab. Overall we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. I will stay at this place when I visit SG again. The only thing I didnt like was we arrived around 11ish and they are not ready to check us in. We had to wait until 2 pm.

Pleasantly surprised with Hotel Grand Pacific ”
For a very reasonable price, this hotel is a great place to stay. Many Singapore landmarks are walking distance or a train stop or two away. The rooms are large enough to comfortably accommodate 3 and all hotel staff are friendly and helpful, especially Velu!

Everything was perfect except for housekeeping. But the housekeeping ladies were friendly and nice. Just that when opt for it, two times they did not come and clean the room until I have to inform front desk, then, they came to clean.

Convenient for travel ”
It’s between 2 MRT station with 2 nearby bus stops; stone away from bugis junction for shopping, fast food or a taste of local food. The hotel room is cleaned daily; receptionist and staff helpful with directions and requests; it’s a bit pricey but it’s worth it for the location and security.

Nice location, worth the money”
We booked a triple room. The space is just enough for us. Nice bathroom with tub. Fortunatelly we can sleep nicely eventhough our room next to the elevator which make sounds everytime it moves. It sounded like heavy rain. If you want to eat, the fastest is to grab food at 7/11 store next to the hotel. If you want more options, you should walk to Bugis Junction.

Older property but perfect location close to all attractions. Walk to Raffles Hotel and Chimes. Bus outside takes you to Gardens by the Bay. Hotel is in a quiet area, no crowds to avoid. Breakfast buffet was outstanding in terms of variety. Staff were amazing. Housekeeping did an amazing job to keep the rooms looking neat and fresh. Front desk is a busy area but staff always helpful and professional.

Great location in Bugis area, just a 10 minute walk from MRT Bugis. Quick check-in, friendly and helpful staff, nice spacious rooms, well equipped with all amenities one needs. Clean bathroom. Good choice of tv channels. Good and reliable internet connection. Great breakfast with lots of choices.

The 2nd time i stayed here. The place so convenient, located around bugis area, it was near bras basah mrt or bugis mrt. The room was spacious, i’d love being here, with other hotel which have same star level, i prefer here because the room quite large. The hotel a bit old fashioned, but it doesnt matter with me, since you can get large room. The hotel is opposite bras basah complex and there’s 7-11 near the hotel

Short Staycation”
A very big and spacious room. Nice layout of the hotel and near to all the Shopping Malls and Restaurant. Fast in Check-In and Check-Out and the Air-Con is very cold in the room. Unfortunately the parking is not free at all eventhough if you are the Hotel Guest and the facilities of the hotel looks old. But overall our stay here is positive. Shall be back again.
