I was able to have a comfortable trip because the hotel staff was considerate of the check-in time. Thanks to the friendly staff! I should have remembered his name...it was a smooth road from the beginning of our trip to Dubai. and I loved the smell of the hotel and the smell of bedding. The design of the hotel was unique and the room was very clean. Location is also perfect! Micheal helped me to find which airport to go. If I visit Dubai again, I want to stay at this hotel again! I highly recommend it.

This is probably the cleanest and best well maintained hotel for this price range I have ever stayed in ( I travel a lot!). Service is excellent and the breakfast has so many choices between western and Mediterranean dishes for a great price. Highly recommend to book with breakfast! We had an early flight and had to pay for an additional night (350 AED) for early check in at 6 AM. The location is good as you are close to all the major sightseeing spots. The hotel offers a free shuttle to Dubai Mall and the beach which unfortunately only departures once per day at 10:30 AM.

It’s really a great experience staying in the hotel. the hotel is absolutely clean and neat. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is also good, walking to Dubai mall roughly 10mins. No safety concerns. I will recommend my friends stay in this hotel as well.

Staff everywhere in the hotel is really friendly...the kind of friendly you only get when people genuinely like what they are doing. The bed was very comfortable (super important to me), breakfast was amazing. I especially liked the sustainability philosophy behind everything. The hotel's furnishings and decorations were very tasteful, well-thought through and excellent down to the detail. I can only recommend it. After a week in a hotel within the Conference centre, this felt like vacation.

Beyond perfection!”
As this was our second time staying at this hotel, we came in with high expectations. To say that those expectations were met, would probably be the understatement of the year. Considering our previous stay was nothing short of idyllic we really didn’t think it would be possible to top that. BUT leave it to the Indigo team to pull the rabbit out of the hat! I have no idea how, but somehow they managed to perfect their already perfect service even further! The smiles on the teams faces were even wider, the welcoming a bit warmer, the food and drinks a little tastier and the room even more magnificent (although that could’ve been thanks to the free upgrade they surprised us with :) ) . There really aren't enough positive things I could say about Indigo Dubai (really - I checked the dictionary! ), so we’ll just let actions speak louder than words and start planning our next visit. Thank you again!

Choose the room with creek view. It's more awesome than a hotel with burj view. Wake up everyday to serene view of the creek. Staffs are professional and friendly. Breakfast is good but could do more with Asian Chinese style food options. No regrets staying here for 5 nights. I hope there will be more Asian food for breakfast.

I stayed for 6 nights and it was great. It’s minutes away from Dubai Mall and very close if you want to go places. The cleanliness is superb and I registered for creek view and it was cool.

Had a great time staying at hotel indigo. Great breakfast. Superb service from all staff. All the staff from reception, housekeeping and restaurant were very friendly and nice. Especially waitress zin zin was very helpful and friendly. She made our stay more wonderful. I was also surprised by the birthday cake from hotel which i did not expect at all. I was very thankful for the birthday surprise. Off the wall bar is a must go place for those staying in indigo. Loved the dj. I will choose this hotel again if i ever come back to dubai. Great experience in this cozzy Hotel, staff attentive, best breakfast ever ( 1 of kind ) barista coffee , egg dishes same restaurant order , yoghurt displayed as gourmet etc... Room simple but great details, shower best of best, nice views and top wine bootle fridge.

Super hotel - Nice Pool on the roof”
I spend 4 lovely nights in this hotel - really well located - 10 minutes by walk to Burj Kalifa, mall and restaurants. Room are so space, fancy decoration, clean and everything you need -Pool on the roof is perfect ! Also enjoy the bars - moreover staff are so kind helpfull and friendly - I will return no doubt

I chose a plan with breakfast. I met one staff member, omari rama！He politely served me in simple English and taught me how to order. He meets every day and always smiles and says good morning. Also, I definitely want to stay when I visit Dubai. His smile made me feel good.
