1.Transportation & Location The hotel is 100-200 meters away from Kita(Umeda) which is full of shopping malls and restaurants. Also close to Osaka station which makes it easier to go to USJ, Kaiyukan and any other cities. 2.Staff The hotel’s staff are very friendly and helpful with English Speaking. 3.Room The room is super clean without any dust, which amazed me a lot since I’ve been to many cities in Europe. The room is also equipped with smart heating and cooling system. And there is an automatic machine to produce ice and sell drinks. Everything is excellent considering such lower price! 4.Summary Highly recommend!

I have stayed here for 9 days in Dec and everything was great. Staffs were very helpful, the room , lobby and hall way were very clean and tidy, location was just across Osaka Front and very close walking distance to Osaka Station. I will choose this hotel again if I visit Osaka again in the future.

Located beside a big shopping mall which you don’t have to worry about safety when walking back to the hotel at night as you can walk from Osaka station to the mall. You can also walk to 6 different big malls through a footbridge. Lots of restaurants nearby and open till 11 pm. And the hotel is closed to the Osaka station where you can easily travel to different areas in Kensai! Staff were nice and the service was good.

Very good location, all the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The best thing is they have the coin laundry in the hotel, and the availability of washing machines can be shown on TV. It's really cool and convenient!

The hotel location is super convenient for both Osaka and Umeda stations. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful, room is on the large side compared to a typical Japanese hotels. Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, will definitely return if we're happen to be in Osaka again.

Hotel is just next to Grand Front Osaka and Umeda Link shopping mall, which is also Osaka train station located, that says shopping or transportation is super easy. Rooms are spacious as compared to other hotels in Osaka, staff were very polite and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much here, would rate it a 10/10, and sure will be back if we come to Osaka again.

The location is a five minute walk from Osaka station, next to a cluster of very new malls. Room was spacious and clean, with full Toto bathroom. The lady at the service counter was very helpful in assisting my needs with luggage and hailing a taxi. Would stay here again for sure!

Very new hotel, comfortable room and bed. Quiet even when we stayed on the 2nd floor. Great service at the concierge who assisted us with luggage forwarding to our next hotel, and very close to Osaka station and shopping malls. Also enjoyed breakfast from the cafe on the ground floor. The hotel its surrounded with shopping ctr. Nearest to the Hotel is the Osaka Stn. A bit further from the hotel there's Umeda (Osaka Metro) stn and Kansai Airport Limousine Bus stop. I didn't know the hotel there's a coin operated washing machine till i check in to the room from the tv. Thru the tv you can check the hotel info and status. The washing machine only at the Second floor. Take note the machine only use 100yem coin, no to worry there's a machine to exchange the 1000 yen to 100yen coin. The Standard Double room its huge for single user 😅😅. The room floor its fully cover.

Spacious room for two. Room was nice and clean and the hotel itself looked quite new. Super close to the main train station - Osaka station so you have so many things available nearby- food, shopping, attractions and transport to other areas is easy. The hotel staff were lovely and accommodating.

Location is great, right next to Grand Front Osaka, easily accessible from JR Osaka to hotel with lift and escalators. Room is clean, but dont expect to have a great view (hotel only 8 stories high).

It's very near Osaka Station and the subway. The building is quite new and very clean. The staff was very nice and friendly. Smooth checking in and out. The breakfast buffet was also fantastic. Though I would suggest adding more varieties like noodles and waffles/pancakes. Overall, our stay was great, and would stay there again if we happen to go back to Osaka.
