"Pros: - located in the Namba downtown, lots of restaurants nearby. Dotonbori, kuromot market is walkable - only a 15 min. walk to both JR Namba station and Nankai/subway station - amazing facilities! Washing and dryer machine, fully-equipped vanity room (very spacious! Shampoo, conditioner, face wash, even oil cleanser available! And they're actual brand names, not those generic white packets. Plus you can use the hair dryer and curling iron for free. I remember you can also rent makeup) -shower/vanity room is located inside the dormitory, not outside - enough walking space in the room - THERE IS A WATER DISPENSER! - free postcard! They also sell the stamps. There's a mail box nearby too - luggage storage for only 330 JPY Cons: Cant think of anything. Maybe the dryer machine needs to be cleaned a bit I stayed in different hostels throughout my Japan trip and this is the best one! I usually feel very indifferent towards hostels, because it's only for sleeping, but Hostel Wasabi is really impressive for the price. I've never seen such a pretty shower/vanity room in cheap hostels. Seriously. "

"I've been to Osaka twice and this is the best hotel I booked so far. 1st out of 3. It is 1 to 2 mins away from Nipponbashi station. 2 to 3 mins away to Dotombori. Namba station is also walkable. It is clean and with complete amenities in the room (kettle, green tea, body soaf, shampoo, conditioner, body foam, bath must haves, bath tub, hair dryer, sleep wear, sleepers, refrigerator, and free phone with WiFi that you could use while in Osaka). Bed is comfy. I am with my husband and 1 yr old child and the bed is just right for us. However, the room is small so of you have big luggages it might not fit inside. There is also restaurant at the ground floor which offer buffet breakgast. My son enjoyed Pepper. The robot at the lobby area. The reception is great and we dont have any problem on our check in and check out. Will definitely book this hotel when we go back. "

"I've stayed here 2 times (3 nights the first time and 1 night the second time) already because the price is good, the bed is comfortable, everything is clean and the hot bath really made my day the first time I stayed there! Its located close to Namba station, close to Shinsaibashi area and dotonbori area so you have a lot of interesting sightseeing spots that you can easily find from the hotel. Also, if you take the right exit from Namba station (exit 25), the hotel is literally 1 minute by foot so it was very easy to find. Staff was also very friendly. There were lockers for personal belongings. Cabins were spacious considering its just a capsule hotel. The only thing I can criticize is that it gets a bit hot if you close your cabin overnight, even with the air condition on. So I recommend leaving it open a bit to get air. But after all I can really recommend this place, especially if you're on a budget. The (free) hot bath after a long exhausting day was exactly what I needed!"
