"We were blown away by this hotel. Walking into the magnificent lobby in our casual sight-seeing clothes we actually felt a little underdressed. Perhaps the excellent rate for which we booked the room through Agoda allowed us to stay somewhere a little more classy than we would otherwise - as make no mistake this is a classy hotel. We were immediately surrounded by helpful staff offering to take our luggage and assist us with checking in. Much to our surprise some very petite young women were employed as porters and I felt quite guilty as our porter struggled to get our pieces of luggage on and off the baggage cart - I couldn't help but assist her with them. Once we got to our room the best feature became clear with a commanding view of Osaka-jo Castle and Osaka-jo-koen park - which only got better as the sun set and the castle was lit up. This happened to be our last night on a 3 week Japan holiday and we couldn't have picked a nicer place to stay."

"The hotel is very nice, the stuff is very friendly. The room size is a bit small, but this is usual for Japan. The location of the hotel is very good, it is directly at the Kyobashi Trainstation. The only thing which is a bit annoying is the elevator to get into the hotel. It is rather slow and many other people want to use it (since the hotel is on floor 7 and the first 6 floors belong to a shopping mall). So sometimes I took the escalator instead. ;)"

"Managed to get a great deal on this hotel stay for my vacation. It's a wonderful upscale hotel that's very near central Osaka, with easy access to Kyobashi station (via a ~5 minute walk on the Osaka Business Park promenade) for getting around. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful; they helped me figure out the best way to get to Tokyo and back on the bullet train, assisted me with shipping my suitcase to Narita for my return trip, and provided advice regarding how to navigate the Japanese postal system. They were very responsive when I had issues (light bulb burnt out in the bathroom and it was fixed the same day). Unfortunately, I never ate at any of the on-site restaurants (it's just so easy to eat cheaply elsewhere!), so I can't comment on their breakfast buffet or room service. The rooms may be considered small by "Western" standards, but I found it to be perfectly sized for me (I was traveling solo) and furnished nicely. The bathroom was particularly nice! All-in-all, a great place to stay if you can get a good deal on a room."
