The location and the staff were the best things about the hotel. We stayed in a 2 bed, one bedroom suite with a foldout sofa. The kitchen was great, with a full size fridge. Overall, the size of the suite was nice and spacious. There were a few downsides,, though. The windows seem to be single pane, so we heard train noise all night. The hotel provides earplugs, but even with a fan that we brought, the noise was loud enough to wake us throughout the night. It was also cold outside and we could feel the wind coming through the window. The shades also did not provide full window coverage, so the light came in through the sides

Well equipped nice, big rooms”
The location of the hotel is perfect If you are srriving by train to Emeryville. We came by Coast Starlight late in the evening so IT was very convenient. Hotel room was very well equipped, eg. kitchen with cups, plates and dishwasher. Thank you for not offering plastic! Room was also very clean and quiet. Breakfast was disappointment with all in plastic and limited offerings. I understand covid restrictions but when is it time to get back to normal? Credit for serving oat porridge and berries too. Gym had limited equipment, eg. free weights would be nice. Overall clean and classy impression of the hotel.

I will never go back to Hyatt house. It was extremely dirty. My initial thought was they used it for homeless care facility. Inside wall had urine smell, bathroom was moldy, and disgusting weed smell. And dozens of teens partying all night. Horrible memory.

Great location”
This was a great place for our family. The location was perfect for us, it was in a clean and safe area with lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance and a Target/Trader Joe’s less than a mile away. It was just off the Bay Bridge entrance and very easy to get into San Francisco and to all the touristy areas, Fisherman’s Wharf, Pier 39, China Town and downtown/Financial District. The room was spacious and we loved having the living room/kitchen area separate from bedroom. The breakfast was fresh and had lots of options. If you have a car with you parking is $15 per night. I would definitely stay here again with my family or if traveling for work!

The hotel was new and clean and the location was excellent if you don't want to be in the busy San Francisco. It is near a shopping area at the Bay Area. One thing that really disappointed us and the kids in particular was the speed of the internet. It was really bad, and even our phone reception was effected at the eighth floor. However, Overall our stay was good.

Located in Oakland/Emeryville close to bay bridge and opposite of Emeryville train station. Nice big rooms with kitchen. It's about 23 $ by UBER to get to SF. On weekends queuing lines for breakfast.

The service staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, especially Minh, who went out of his way to help. The hotel room is of a very comfortable size and clean, and came with a good breakfast buffet. Location was also near shops in Emeryville. Highly recommended.

Great and friendly staff., location was close to SF if you’re visiting the Bay Area. Clean and spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast with omelet bar was awesome! Will definitely come back again.

for the price you pay and hyatt, location is terrible , can see train right out of window. can smell smoke coming in from the corridor and too crowded at the breakfast room. feels like a cheap motel. car parked in open area and have people wondering in car park at night

Comfortable room with nice views of the East Bay hills off the balcony. A bit noisy when you open the window to step outside on the balcony, but quiet as can be with the windows closed. I was quite pleased overall

Decent price for family vacation ”
Was close to the tour spots we planned on visiting during our 3 day stay. Loved the kitchen amenities offered in our room and it was clean. Cons were the loud trains constantly passing by through night - though they provide ONE set of ear plugs for that reason I suspect. Pay a triple digit price/night and STILL have to pay add’tl charges for parking was a con for me. On site restaurant not best option for a family dinner - high priced food with little options. Overall hotel is fine if you don’t plan on hanging in there too long and instead just using to rest your head.

Nice hotel but more suited to business trips or shopping”
Had a really nice time. Hotel was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was less variety than I'm used to but tasted good so couldn't complain. The location is good for shopping but quite a distance from city so you will need to get a bus or a train and a bus to the city. The hotel had alot of noise from the train Station but you get used to it.

I loved that we were given free breakfast. Our room had a fridge, an stove, an automatic dish washer. The beds were extremely comfortable. The staff we’re friendly at check in and check out time. I really enjoyed my stay.

Good location, great neighbourhood. hotel rooms great/well equipped etc Free Breakfast ok, resonable choice but does get busy and can be pretty chaotic... Parking a bit steep at $15 dollars a night...

I am satisfied with this hotel, is fit for family, the room is quite big. The staff are nice to help especially Sam who helped us to upgrade the room with great view. Good location. Definetely we will come back again. Recomended !
