I had a great stay at Ibis. Initially there were some confusion about the rooms I booked but it was sorted out very quickly by the experienced and friendly counter hotel staff. The rooms are big.. bigger than I expected. Rooms are very clean. Wi-fi is excellent, do take note phone reception can be quite low in rooms. If you're planning to explore the place do it by walking. Due to the dates I've booked it's holiday season so the jams can be a real pain to navigate through the roads. Honestly though, Ibis hotel has been nothing but excellent. I definitely will book a hotel stay here should I drop by Melaka again. 5/5 in summary.

Good hotel in a good location”
Really no complaints. Clean and comfortable, with a nice little kiddie pool which the little girl loved. Great location, walking distance to Stadhuys, St. Paul’s Hill, A’Fomosa, Flor de La Mar, Jonker Walk and Little India. We didn’t need to drive anywhere and got our steps in instead. Also didn’t cost an arm and a leg. Good value.

Perfect. The room is good but a quite small, the food is tasty but dont be late because the queue can be long after 8am, also facilities is good esp the swimming pool, kids love it. Check in and out its very easy and quick.

Basically, all are good. In addition, we faced an urgent matter and had to leave hotel in early morning. Usually, breakfast start from 7:00, we booked but can’t take breakfast. At that time, very kind staff of restaurant opened breakfast earlier and invited us for breakfast. They had to work hard to do it, but they did it for us. What’s a great service and kindness is ! I will stay this hotel next time.

I would say one of the best hotels that I have stayed so far. Ample parking space with competent security guards. They even called to my room to inform that my car cabin light was on. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is always clean. The facilities are good. Nearby many eateries and jonker street 10 mins walk. Keep it up IBIS Melaka!

The environment is clean and the bed is really nice for sleep, Aircon is cool enough and we were staying in the highest floor, facing car park .... No noise. The shower gel n shampoo must bring by your own because here only provided a piece of soap, tooth cleaner are provided. Staffs are nice n friendly.

There was a small incident during our stay. Although was informed that TNB will cut off the electricity for technical checking at mignight from 1-5am during our check in. End up we still chose to stay and luckily TNB had settled down the checking within 30 mins. Just wondering why this hotel without pre-emergency power supply for each room. Anyway, the overall stay still comfortable and nice. Parking area is huge and just right back of the hotel. The hotel location is close to the main attractions of Malacca. The room is clean and with minimal modern design. Will come back and stay again if we visit to Malacca next time!

Good location with ample parking. Within walking distance to Jonker Street n some tourist attractions. The family room is spacious & clean but needs more lighting. Best part was the water pressure in bathroom which was great! Beds come with pillows & bolsters😍 Breakfast buffet spread was good, the chicken dishes & nasi lemak for the two mornings we were there were delicious. Enjoyed ourselves in the swimming pool too.

Particularly enjoyed the swimming pool. Families with children would too. Buffet breakfast spread is quite wide. A short walk brings one to Jonker Street.I extended my stay for a day and was transferred to another room. The telephone in the room was not working and the TV could not receive satellite channels. There were no such issues in the first room I was staying in.

Very comfy bed (I like the bolster that holds the pillow nicely), clean room, shower with water pressure that is just nice, a strategic location with just 10 mins walk to Jonker street, ample parking space (guarded). Had a 1 night stay when travelling for work and enjoyed the clean room which I felt had decent space. They had ample parking space though I travelled on a weekday so weekends may be packed. The pool big though i didn't have time for a dip! Breakfast spread was a good mix of asian and western cuisine. 😋 friendly staff too! A short 10- min walk to the riverside & jonker street too.

The check-in and check-out process is simple and fast. The staffs are responsive to our questions and request. They are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, the bed and pillows are soft and nice. Had a nice comfortable sleep. The TV channels has a good selection. The hotel is located within walking distance to the Melaka riverside, the Dutch square and also the Jonker walk. There is a open car park behind the hotel, free of charge for hotel guest - which is very convenient for me. Recommended stay at this place.

The room was very pleasant, it was clean and tidy (and my mom love their mattress and pillows, that's a plus). Served a great breakfast and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, were extremely helpful and accommodating. That impressed me the most. The hotel can be easily reached and sights are nearby. Hotel location at the heart of the city, really nearest to tempat mkn asam pedas sedap, dkt jgk dgn A Famosa, Morten Village yg ade river cantik tu, dkt ngn Pantai Klebang 20mnit je blh smpai. Pool paling best, ank2 suka n enjoy sgt. I also love the smell when i get into the room. Xde bau busuk or hapak. Very clean n tidy. Plus hrga hotel tersangat murah kt area city.
