The hotel staff is friendly and welcomes us with a smile. I and my husband are very happy when we were able to check in as early as 1 pm. The room is clean and the bed is comfy. 5 min walk to Bugis street/mall/mrt. The hotel is just beside 7-Eleven. Very convenient! Breakfast was good. Will definitely choose this hotel again! Recommended!

The room is pretty small but the space is maximise to comfortness. Nice high bed though a bit small for single due to limited area in room.

Check in was easy and quick. They even let us got our room earlier, before the check in hour. Room are great and clean. Hotel is close to MRT and bus station.

Very good place for family stay ”
We enjoyed our one week stay in Ibis Bencoolen, it is very well located with many shops and restaurants nearby, super close to public transport, room is nice and clean. Space is a bit tight but It is Singapore standard, will recommend and stay here again!

Room is clean, and have everything you need. Staff are friendly and attentive. Location very strategic, in between 2 MRT station (walking distance 5-8 mins). A big food court at the back of the hotel. Will definitely be back there again.

The Hotel is close to Sim Lim Tower and Sim Lim Square. Bencoolen and Jalan Besar MRT stations are each a few minutes walk away. Room is comfortable and clean and Staff helpful and friendly.

Hotel location is very accessible to hawker centers, bugis shops, mrt and bus. Transportation from airport - frm airport to hotel $20 est, hotel to airport SGD $17 Breakfast options - go to the Albert hawker station they have a lot of food options. Kopi and Tea is also a must. Yun Kaya Toast in the next bldg opens at 7:30am If you are looking for bread very early in the morning, there are shops in the mrt station that sells breads and pastries. Shopping - Bugis mall and flea market or take the Mrt to anywhere Dinner - walk 10 minutes to Arab street. This is across Bugis, just behind the Raffles Hospital Church/ temple - there is a Buddist and Hindu temple behind the hotel. Catholic church is about 10 minutes walk too Grocery - CS cold storage grocery is at the basement level of the capital land mall same level where you can take the bugis Mrt. Extremely helpful, efficient and knowledgeable front desk staff to ensure a smooth stay from Ima, Nas and Esther. Also bell staff are always helpful and attentive in the lobby and driveway, immediately offering to help with bags and directing guests to the right person at front desk. Thank you very much !

My wife and I from NZ had a great stay at Hotel Royal. Location is perfect - right in the heart of KL with shopping and food at your doorstep. We welcomed in the New Year with thousands of others 3 mins from our hotel. Thanks to housekeeping staff Fahad and reservation staff Flora, we had great service with Fahad providing an extra bottle of water and towel on request. No fuss. We used valet parking as well ($30MYR/entry) which was fantastic as there is no hotel parking unless you use the 3rd party valet parking. Easy checkin and checkout. Will stay here again. Good value for money. Recommend you book early to get good rates.

The staffs were friendly and catered all our needs. Located in front of bus stn and near multiple mrt stns. There is food court nearby and lots of food including 24hr food. Very convenient.
