Great staff, excellent location and an amazing city.”

We really enjoyed our staying at this new hotel. The rooms were excellent, and the location is great as the hotel is located right at the city center, which was great for us. The hotel staff were very nice and helped us during our stay. I would definitely like to stay there again on our next vacation to Jerusalem.

Ibis Styles Amazing Hotel”

All went well with our stay The only issue we experience is nobody could assist us with PCR test even with location so we end up travelling to airport to PCR test for our next day flight.

The location of the hotel is great! It is just walking distance to the Jerusalem Old city and restaurants and stores are just nearby. The hotel staffs are also helpful and nice.

We booked through the association 4 rooms in the hotel, when in each double room, we arrived at the hotel and we were told that in each room we booked individually and according to the reservation, they charged us the same amount we paid in the association for the extra, when a hotel room cost cheaper, so we paid 200 NIS more than we would book Room through the hotel itself.

Ibis Stiles Jerusalem”

Our room wasn't huge but very comfortable. More importantly, it was clean. Good air conditioning, large TV, comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good, not over the top, but lacked for nothing. Courteous staff and the hotel is in a fantastic location. I highly recommend this hotel close to public transportation and in walking distance of the Old City.

מחיר סביר מיקום מעולה אך רועש”

לנו על בסיס לינה בלבד. המיקום נהדר ומרכזי אבל ישנו בחדר עם מרפסת שפונה לרחוב והיה מאד רועש בלילה. הניקיון לא היה להיט [היו שיערות במקלחת] אבל הצוות היה נחמד והמיטה הייתה נוחה, היו מים חמים. סה"כ בסיסי פלוס, פלוס במיקום טוב שקרוב להכל (10 דק' הליכה ברגל ממחנה יהודה, אולי טיפה יותר.) האקסטרות בסיסי ביותר- סבון אחד גם כשמפו, אין מקרר בחדר וכו'. לא יודעת אם נחזור, בעבר לנתי בIBIS השני שהיה יותר טוב. סה"כ- תמורה יחסית טובה ביחס למחיר היחסית נמוך

הזמנו לינה וארוחת בוקר. בפועל טענו שלא הזמנו עם ארוחת בוקר על אף שהיתה לנו הזמנה כתובה כוללת א. בוקר. פקיד הקבלה טען שאנחנו באופן ברור טועים. לצידנו עוד זוג עם טענה דומה. יצאנו לאכול בחוץ כשחזרנו לחדר מצאנו בחדרנו חחדרנית שש חלה לפנות לנו את הדברים. מרגישים מבוכה גדולה ועוגמת נפש רבה.
