“Good hotel, perfect location”

The hotel is 6-7 min by walk from train station, while the city centre is about 15 min. Good breakfast and coffee, tea and water is available in lobby 24h. The staff is very kind.

“Short break in Nice”

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the station and it was ideal. The room was pretty small with limited storage space but it was clean and the bed super comfy. The little balcony helped, although the weather meant we couldn’t take full advantage of it. Housekeeping didn’t always replenish teas and coffees in the room but the unlimited access to the coffee machine in the foyer more than made up for this. Great idea too to provide refillable water bottles. Breakfast was good with ample choice. The staff were helpful and polite at all times. All in all we had a lovely stay. Merci à la prochaine.

“Exceptional Hotel”

This hotel exceeded our expectations. I booked this hotel because of its location and its price (compared to similar hotels in the area). Nice is expensive during the time that we stayed. It was hard for us to choose a hotel because it was either too expensive or the hotel had bad reviews/ photos. When I booked this hotel, I wasn’t expecting much because of the price even though the pictures that were posted were great. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff were nice and very helpful. The location is close to the train station, but we opted to renting a car. There was a parking garage that is not owned by the hotel, but it was a 5min or less walk from the hotel (and it wasn’t expensive either). The room is clean and the size is big enough for 2 people and 3 luggages. It is beautiful and designed well. The bathroom is small but it is good enough for 2 people to share. I think that the most memorable experience for me is when I left my ID card and cash in their safe. I did not remember about it until I was already in the airport. I called this hotel and they immediately assisted me while I was in a panic. Due to family and friends experience with other hotels, I wasn’t expecting for them to tell me that they found my cash. But, when they confirmed that I left my ID card, they also confirmed that I left my cash in the safe and they told me that they can mail it to me. They assisted me on how to order to mail it to my next hotel and when I received it, the card and my complete cash is there. I definitely am astounded with this honesty and kindness that the staff showed me. I will definitely stay again since we intend to go back to Nice.

Hotel Villa Otero by HappyCulture. A very nice atmospheric hotel in a tenement house. Close to the train station. Very well connected city center with the airport and the rest of the city. The hotel itself is very clean, the staff polite, nice and friendly, always smiling. Buffet food very tasty and a large selection, everyone will find something for themselves typical French breakfasts. Very fast WiFi in the hotel and rooms. Rooms clean and spacious, cleaned daily. There is a kettle with a set of teas and coffee in the room. We stayed on the second floor. There is an elevator in the hotel. I recommend this hotel 100%, the time spent here was another nice experience. We would love to return to this hotel again. Yours faithfully.

“Could have been better”

The room is a good size for family 3, near the train station but quite far from old town and shopping area, about 25mins walk. The room is well decorated but the toilet door was faulty and scratched, and the tables are not very stable (easy to topple). The breakfast area is quite small - keep bumping into each other, the spread is limited and by 9ish most of the hot food options are finished and not being replenished. We had higher expectations for a 4-star hotel, and it could have done much better.

“The place doesn't worth the price”

The price is absolutely too high considering the quality of the rooms. The bathroom is of poor quality: old bath tub and a broken handle on the door. However, the staff is very polite, professional and helpful.

“Sewer smell in washroom”

Location was great and the hotel entrance is nice but the room's bathroom how this horrible sewer smell and the water would flood instantly. I also overheard this other couple losing the plot over the issues in their room. Overall the staff was very friendly but let's be honest this is a 2 1/2 star 3 star top hotel

“Perfect hotel, perfect location”

There's not much to critique on this hotel. It's a stone's throw from the main train station in Nice, and about 15 euro from the airport in an Uber. It's a 10 min walk to the main Nice shopping area and about 20 mins to the Promenade Des Anglais. It's quirky in style, but super clean and they make the most of the smallest of spaces. We have room 402 which didn't have a full balcony but was spacious in size and gave us everything we needed for restful sleep each night. We honestly couldn't have had a nicer place to stay.

“Lovely hotel ”

Traveled with my love for 4days in Nice , Friendly staff, good value, nice room decoration and location. The concept was very good, you could have afternoon tea in all their chains, but the room service still could be improved, rooms could be cleaned better everyday, and the bathroom products were not completed everyday, I find this not match a four star hotel. Overall, its was a lovely choice.

“Super Hotel”

The hotel is very close to the main train station in Nice and you can get dropped off outside if you get the shuttle bus from the airport, so perfect for what we wanted. It is a 5-10 minute walk to seafront and the old town, so again really good. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and the rooms were wonderful, really beautifully designed and very comfortable.

Está a unos pasos de la estación del tren y se puede llegar caminando fácilmente a varios puntos turísticos. La gente amable. Las habitaciones muy lindas. El único detalle es el comedor que está pequeño y se llena mucho en el desayuno. Pero muy buena opción para hospedarse

“Schönes modernes Hotel in zentraler Lage ”

Dank des sehr freundlichen Personal, haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wasser und heiße Getränke waren unten an der Rezeption immer verfügbar. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet und das Bett war sehr bequem. Wir würden immer wieder zurückkommen und können das Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

在蔚蓝海岸的旅行以尼斯为中转站，所以住在了火车站附近，非常方便，去其他景点步行可达，员工超级好，我们的行李落在了火车上被拉去了马赛，前台姐姐还帮我们打电话去确认信息

我在Agoda上边定了这么多次酒店，所见即所付，到店交多少税Agoda 上边都会写清楚，只有这一家在我付清Agoda 所示的全额后又和多我收了4.5欧的税。

酒店距离尼斯火车站挺近的，走路几分钟，酒店所有的员工都超级nice，在整个happyculture联盟都可以享受免费的下午茶，推荐入住。

“旧市街の快適なクラシックホテル”

当日のリヨン市内のホテルはどこも満室で、運よく予約できたホテル。 リヨン中央駅からタクシーで10分弱、17ユーロでした。 カレッジというか、日本で言えば高校の校舎をモチーフにしたホテルで、設備は新しく、部屋も広く、快適に過ごすことができた。 翌日は、旧市街と新市街の間のプレスキルにある、コンシェルジュおすすめのレストランで、リヨン風クネルを楽しんだ。 旧市街にある教会や広場などの見どころは徒歩圏内にあり、観光には大変便利なロケーション。 リヨン中央駅まで、最寄りのバス停から1本で行けるホテル。 ロビーで、コーヒーや冷たいお水、クロワッサンのサービスがあるのもうれしい。 スタッフのサービスもフレンドリーで、次回リヨンに来たら再度泊まりたいホテル。

房間比較小，不過服務人員很棒，房間會有簡單的迎賓擺設，有手寫卡片，另外還有送布提袋和扇子，另外還有免費提供巧克力和罐裝汽水，大廳有氣泡水和咖啡可以隨時取用，也有糖漿可以自己調氣泡水的味道，整體來說很推薦

此次預定3晚住宿 第2晚馬桶阻塞，員工無法處理只好更換房間 更換房間後的洗臉盆塞子故障 無法打開閉合， 跟櫃檯反應，結果等了約20分鐘才來處理(還搞錯狀況以為仍是馬桶塞住) 在處理時還沒敲房門就直接用磁卡開門(非常無禮) 而且廁所門把還是損壞的狀態 最後一晚則是令人傻眼地未更換浴巾 Check out 後指示我們可到車站搭99號公車至機場， 但此公車路線卻是停駛的狀態 幸好有路人好心主動告知才看到公告的停駛消息 整體住宿經驗令人不舒服
