Stayed for about 4 days and for me, excellent place for a traveler who only need a place to sleep. Everyday, I go out at about 6am and come back about 8pm or later. Took a Female Dorm and everything was perfect. It was spacious despite being 9-bunk beds, clean and quiet. Only sounds from traffic outside, not a problem for me. The bathroom was also clean and shower was good. Location 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Would I come here again? Definitely. The staff are welcoming. Perhaps I was lucky to have good bunkmates and really quiet ones. If I have to criticize, perhaps the pantry was a bit less clean. But I didn't use it much anyway.
Check in was smooth and the staff who attend to me was friendly and accommodating her name was ahcam and she was polite and friendly in making my check in process a bliss. I arrived early before the check in time and I was allowed to leave my luggage at the luggage room. The location of this hostel is just a stone throw away to hammersmith train station and many restaurants and bar is just near by. About the room to my experience it was not that good as the roommates I stayed were really dirty and disgusting. The bedsheets were smelly and dirty . At night someone spilled nuts on the floor and they didn’t even bother to clean it up . I did informed the reception about it and I even thought of changing the room but at the end I just tolerated it for just another night . The toilets were not that clean but you get what you paid for. Had water cut when was doing laundry and the machine malfunction twice when I tried to make payment. The only thing I liked about this hostel is the convenience that it’s super near to the train station and its pretty safe area as well. If you ask me if I would return ? Yes cause it’s budget friendly and I would return to say hi to that friendly receptionist ahcam
Not sure why there’s so many poor reviews, lol. Decided to check it out for myself Conveniently located across the street from Hammersmith station with 3 main lines (very easy to get to from West London after exploring), super popular bar downstairs on the weekends (Belushi’s), feels safe, and clean. Not much more you can ask from a hostel. Staff is helpful and 25% discounted food from staying there is a plus. Book this place if you’re looking for an affordable, clean, and convenient place to rest your head. Even my local friend said price is cheap for London. 31 year old American. I’ve traveled Spain, France, Thailand, Brazil, Japan. Ignore the bad reviews, I would stay again. Have fun!

“Sharing my review..”
Let’s straight to the point.. 1. 20mins to 3pm but you still can’t check in or for at least can start with the registration (check in) process and set the access card to use it at 3pm so we don’t have to queue for 30mins or more. By 3pm we can just go straight to the room. I realised and not sure why they can’t apply this practice.. except one hostel they did at any time you arrived and the other hostels were just allowed me to check in 15 or 20mins early. 2. The staff were friendly and welcoming except one male cleaner questioned me why I used the locker the way I comfortably did.. first time in my travelling experience a cleaner questioned and asked me to do what he wanted to.. 3. This hostel was really clean. I’m a frequent traveler and their cleanliness was outstanding, one female cleaner was very friendly. For my three nights, they vacuumed every day and mopped the floor once. All good, the manager was friendly and attentive too.. he gently reminded me to care for my luggage as I just left it unattended in front of the door.
