We recently stayed at The St. Regis Macao to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and the experience was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and treated us with the kind of warmth and care that made our stay truly special. The hotel itself is stunning—elegant, luxurious, and immaculately maintained. Our room was upgraded to a room that offered a breathtaking view of the Cotai Strip and was both spacious and beautifully decorated. What made the experience even more memorable was the attention to detail. The signature St. Regis butler service exceeded all expectations, thanks to an unexpected birthday surprise when we entered the room. Sir Prince and Sir Rio even brought us a scrumptious cake that made mom’s heart swell with joy! The breakfast at The Manor was a highlight. The food was exquisite—fresh, refined, and bursting with flavor. From Sir Kenny, Sir Prince, Ma’am Meko, Sir Rio, Sir Arnold, every team member we encountered—from the front desk to the concierge—went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and joyful. My mom was genuinely touched by how thoughtful and seamless everything was. This wasn’t just a luxurious getaway—it was a heartfelt celebration made even more beautiful by the kindness and professionalism of the St. Regis team. We left with full hearts and lasting memories.
This was my first time visiting the St. Regis Hotel in Macao, which is located right next to The Londoner Macao. We took the shuttle bus from the ferry terminal and strolled through the mall before arriving. The hotel has a stylish and exquisite design, and we received a warm welcome from the staff as soon as we arrived. Since the earliest check-in is at 3PM, we completed a simple pre-registration, dropped off our luggage, and then went out shopping. The hotel boasts top-notch butler service; when we returned, our luggage had been arranged to be placed in our room, along with coffee and fruit. Our room was on the 21st floor and was very spacious and comfortable, with a bright view overlooking the city. In addition to two large beds, there was a seating area and a workspace. The bathroom was also large, equipped with a shower and a bathtub, and all toiletries were provided. The shower pressure was excellent. We had a very pleasant evening. The hotel check-out is at 11AM, and the breakfast is delicious and very worthwhile, with a wide variety of options. It could even be called brunch—don’t miss it!

They can provide personalized travel advice, assist with transportation arrangements.

“Lights, Luxury and Love at The St. Regis Macao”
Our stay at The St. Regis Macao was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with warmth and genuine hospitality but what truly made our visit unforgettable was the incredible surprise upgrade to a Presidential Suite for our honeymoon. It was beyond anything we could have imagined. To make the celebration even more special, the team prepared a beautiful surprise cake and balloons for us, a thoughtful gesture that meant so much. We were gifted with an elegant afternoon tea too from their General Manager. It was an experience that felt both intimate and truly luxurious. The 24/7 butler service was impeccable. Every request was handled with efficiency, care, and a level of attentiveness that elevated our entire stay. It’s rare to encounter service this refined and consistent. The suite itself was immaculate—spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly spacious. And while the view is impressive any time of day, the Eiffel Tower truly comes alive at night - illuminated in dazzling lights, creating a magical, almost cinematic backdrop that made our evening unforgettable. Every detail was perfectly executed, making this one of the most memorable hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We left feeling celebrated, relaxed, and already dreaming of our return.
