We had an unforgettable stay at this wonderful hotel. The location was perfect, with everything close by, including excellent restaurants. The facilities were top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond—truly exceptional service. The hotel was also incredibly clean. We absolutely loved our experience!
Surprisingly the unit is well equipped with everything you need to get by. Almost like a cruise room with more things from your kitchen and laundry room. Everything was practically arranged and easy to find. Having a wash and dry laundry machine was definitely a plus (bit slow tho). It appears very clean overall. It's definitely a new building with super fast elevators that takes only few seconds to ascend upto 35 floors. My room did come with some body order from the previous user... Might be a smoker. Nothing overly unbearable but still annoying. The location is pretty good. Access to many high lights of the city of Songdo has to offer. It's a newer city that is massively growing and known for expensive real estate. I recommend taking a walk around in the morning to get a closer look.
Good for small budget travelers...But, this hotel need to do more careful about towels what they do supply for guest...I did stayed 2 different time there...But, Each every time...Those towels in room...That has bad enough smell to use...I had to bring my own one there for 2nd time stay...And did cleaned those towels by myself, without using...Except this part...other things from this one, that is fine for its price table...But, if possible...They need to do adjust little lower down it.
Pros: 30 minutes away from Incheon airport by car, staff is friendly and prompt, the place is cleaned everyday, convenience stores are located inside the same building, many restaurants nearby, subway station is in walking distance (5min) Cons: no water bottles, no shower towels ( only hand towels), far from main attractions in Seoul ( 1 hr 30min + by subway) I stayed here on my way to the airport to take some time off. It was quiet, which I liked a lot. But whenever I had to get out of this place to go somewhere it was difficult because it took so long just to get to another place to transfer subway, or to take a train. Other than that, if you have a car, it would be a nice place to stay.

“Very good for stay, super neat and clean”
Very good for stay, value for money in luxury. Neat and clean. They should provide a water or water filter. I enjoyed my stay, 3 super store / grocery store at ground floor, very helpful. And many more restaurants in 1 min walking distance. I will definitely stay here if i come incheon again. Thank you uh the flat songdo for great service.
