“Quite good”
Considering its price, there's other best options in the same building but still the room is great. It's spacious, clean, 2 bathrooms with soap, has rice cooker and water heater. There was no bed frame only a matress stacked on top of each other. The host/owner also didn't meet us and instructed us to pay via Gcash since the payment method I chose is "Pay at the hotel" so I was expecting to hand over the cash payment in person not through Gcash. Nonetheless the transaction was smooth and less hassle.

“Exceptional”
Worth it for it's price. The only problem is there's leak in the bathroom(needs improvement). Can't connet TV to their WiFi.

“Review”
Need na iupgrade ng unit, over used na. Linens, shower, kitchen wares lahat is over used na. Not to clean, pero isa yung pinaka naappreciate ko sa room, wala syang ipis. Despite of being old unit, yun isa sa napansin ko. Location is perfect. May igaganda pa yung unit, pero kung tutulugan lang is ok na sya.

“Studio Type Appartment”
Need to pay parking fee, provided beds are different from photos in advertisement already worn out. You can cook, fridge also is provided where you can put your foods. Microwave is also provided. Location is very near to the city centre
