I had an excellent stay here! People were wonderful to talk to. The hotel has parking outside which is fast to get to. The bathrooms were huge and the room was so nice and clean. The hotel smells really good and the pool was nice to visit. The area is really nice as well. Plenty of local restaurants and local culture. Street food as well was particularly tasty! If you are into getting yo know the area and exploring and you don’t like pretentious and posh places where everyone is self-centered then this is the place for you.

Good overall hotel , clean , good brakefast. the swimming pool was booked for private party and did not allow us to use it. The second day refuse to let us use due to wear long not short . Fast check out .

All went good during my stay from the reception to the staff all kind and nice eccept a Filipino lady in the reception alweys upset with colleagues not with me so no problem ! The last morning before che k out I decide to have a bat to distress and orepare myself for the travel ! Make perfect bubbly bat i lain off and under the border of the tab we’re you can see only sitting inside it was so dirty this the only bad point I find out during my stay please take care of it

Not so good staycation plus misleading room info”
After arriving late in the hotel, they still asked us to wait for 20min to make the room ready, which is wrong in my opinion, since we booked the room in advance. Why do we need to wait if we have a booked room and we already arrived late from the check in time? The receptionist was not very delightful to speak with as well. Booked the classic King room since it’s indicated that it has bathtub, which we needed in case we don’t want to swim. When we got into the room, there was no bathtub, I spoke with the staffs again and they said the information they have here in Agoda about the room was wrong. Which is again very disappointing for us. I’ve never been disappointed with our staycation like this before. Pool was small and it’s not like in the photos. Sofa in the room was not so nice (signs of very used). The hotel is a bit old in my opinion and it needs a renovation already.

Wifi is not working properly, when we called the reception, very kind of them to tell us to come down and they will help us connect our gadgets to the internet, sounds like we don’t know how to follow instructions. It was their system error that my last name and room number can’t be found on their very simple connection logged in. Aside from that, you can’t really relax inside the hotel, room was not sound proof; there are building construction beside it. Also, please bear in mind that there will be charges when you want to request for cutlery’s.

Had the most amazing welcome at Jumeira Rotana by the Manager Mohsin Mohammed. We were given a huge welcome and a superb complimentary upgrade to a classic Suite with iconic views of Burj Khalifa. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping was excellent with rooms cleaned twice a day. The hotel has a rooftop swimming pool which is very clean, and a bar facility at the pool. There is also a sauna room and a modern fully equipped Gym. The hotel has two restaurants which include a bar. and breakfast has a huge selection available from 6.30sm. The hotel has recently undergone a full refurbishment to a very high standard. There are several modern restaurants close to the hotel including Pizza Hut, KFC, Lebanese, Chinese and Indian restaurants. There is a complimentary coach that can take you to the Dubai Mall or the local beach run by the Hotel. Overall I would highly recommend this excellent hotel to everyone.

I have a pleasant stay with Jumeira Rotana Hotel! All the staff was helpful and friendly, location was good,easy access for shopping,convenient shop,and many restaurant nearby open till late (you would easy to find International Food there,recommend: A restaurant just right behind the hotel,named 'Big-bowl'-A Malaysian+Asian+western restaurant,foods are good but be aware portion is big especially fried rice ). Just one thing,the hotel entrance was facing Burj Khalifa city view,but lobby entrance was actually at the other side of the main road. Most of the taxi driver may have difficult to find hotel location / difficult to get taxi from lobby / main road at behind actually is very traffic jam ...
