I changed jobs and with that got back in Makati. Since we lived in Makati (another side of the park) we chose this location for many reasons. The place is great, friendly, and willing to help staff (too bad Agoda is not allowing to change the booking). See you soon again with my wife and son.

Great, convenient location, spacious room size in a quiet part of Makati”
Makati is generally noisy during weekdays, but on a weekend, the peace and quiet was heavenly. KL Serviced Residences was a pleasant surprise! Aside from the short walking distance to our seminar venue, it was also near vegetarian/vegan restos and the Legaspi Weekend Market. We booked a twin Deluxe unit since there wasn't a listing for a single big bed. I sent a special request for a big bed, which unfortunately, reception didn't receive upon check-in.vReception was accommodating enough to do a 'room rearrangement' for me which would take +30 mins, which was ok since I needed to step out quickly for a meeting. The studio unit was spaciou plus had a kitchenette. Reading other reviews, I realised if you want to book a well-maintained unit, go via Agoda, NOT via Airbnb. We're definitely rebooking here in the future. The only CONS--they don't read and respond to your emailed requests quickly enough; room lighting could be brighter.

Fun staycation”
We booked on a Saturday so that we can enjoy the park in the afternoon and the market the following day. There’s no in-house cafe/dining place but we’re glad there was a deli/spanish restaurant right beside the building (Cartel) MJ made check-in a breeze. Their room is simple and clean, with a small balcony overlooking the parks. My only complaint is their pool. We wanted to swim in the morning but the water was a little too cold and the tiles were very slippery. Hope you can do something about that.

Great location 5 minutes walking distance to Greenbelt, the room is big, comfortable and well equipped. The hotel provides water in a glass bottle for sustainability, which is great. Special mention to the housekeeping staff who were so friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend this serviced apartments to anyone

Besides good location and cleanliness l would suggest the reception lobby needs rebuffing it's getting out of date and it's dark needs something brighter. The water on the pool is cold should be heated. They should built a Jacuzzi they can't make thepool heated.

Amazing place - super super clean. Had all the amenities including quality soaps and shampoos and plush towels. Five star feel on a budget and truly hidden gem. Upgrade to suite if possible, it has two baths which is a great option for families with kids.

Great Facility, and perfect location”
This wonderful facility has been compromised by overreaching by management with unnecessary rules for guests under the guise of Covid 19 protocols. Absurd to restrict guest visitors from 9AM to 4 PM, to require appointment a day in advance to utilize swimming pool etc., etc., Overreaching and over restrictive. Management needs to realize that their guests have already shown proof with negative swab tests and vaccination certificates that they pose no threat.

Among many other hotels in Makati, this hotel has become my regular hotel, because of the location, comfort of the room, and friendly staffs who always try to accommodate my requests. The only few flaws are the water temperature and water pressure of the shower, and the quality of the shampoo and body soap, but I can bring my own so it is not a major issue.
