Very Clean and Nice Staff”
Stayed at Koh Kood Beds 3 nights. The hotel is well located about 5 min motorbike drive to the nicest beach on the island . The rooms are very spacious and new with a view looking out to some nice coconut trees. The cleaning staff was exceptional and I would say the best I have seen before! The breakfast was different everyday and was very very good!! Pancakes with mango... scrambled eggs with grilled cheese spinach Sandwich.. oats cereal with mixed fruits and with yogurt .. The hotel staff was also very caring and helped us with all our needs.. next time I’m back to Koh Kood, I will stay Koh Kood Beds again! Thank you

WOW! What a great host! Jay was very helpful, kind and caring. The rooms are very spacious and clean, very well equipped. Every day we got a fresh and tasty breakfast. It is possible to rent a scooter (a must on the island!) - easily and quickly. I definitely recommend this place and the host, we will definitely come back!

Perfect location ”
You can’t really beat the location of this resort. The resort has everything you’ll need for your stay, walking distance to plenty of cafes and restaurants and you can easily rent a motorbike to venture further afield. Lots of tourists visit the hotel beach/bar area to watch the sunset and take advantage of happy hour!

Jay is amazing host and makes guests feel welcome. Also the staff is very friendly. Room is very clean and nice. Location is near the beach (10min walk) and to explore Koh Kood more you can rent a scooter in BED’s. Will definitely recommend this place for everyone!

The large and clean room was the only good thing about this place”
Surprised when we arrived here because the reviews were so good. The hotel itself is small. Only a few rooms. Nice big rooms. But the rest of the place is messy. Junk on the property right in front of the reception. The reception area was messy. Theere was a room next to the reception that was just a mess. The couch was worn. When we arrived, our room was not ready. Forgiven since we booked last minute, but we wanted to head out right away to explore the island while it was still bright out. We waited about 45 minutes for the room. The guy who we assumed is the owner did everything himself. At times, we couldn't find him and he did not answer the phone sometimes. Overall, not a good experience.

Thank you for your reviews, most of negative reviews is not true. Last booking minute before you enter to the public boat even arrive your booking is not into my system. I'm personal quickly making up room and provide you within 30minutes after arrive which already inform you that my room is not prepare in advance due to cleanliness. The junk in the garden is packed as the property just finish refurnish and renovated. Store room next to lobby is on renovating of course messy with stuffs but not effect to area reception. However, it's would be nice if your reviews will reflect the fact not emotional after long journey. One thing that I would say to you and avoide waiting for the room. Booking in advance is a must to do , not just pack the bag , jump to the boat then booked hotel. Koh Kood is on island lucky that you get the room. Regards, Jay

Mr. Jay is an extraordinary individual who provided my gf and I one of the most memorable vacations of our life. The Room was emmaculate and very spacious. The attention to detail was something to really marvel. The bed is so comfortable and as a bonus you can purchase the sheets and pillows to bring back to your home (which we did)! As this hotel is in the beginning stages Jay pays extra attention to everything in order to make the guest feel special. This is my 5th time on Koh Kood and by far the most comfortable of my stays. Don't hesitate and book with Mr. Jay. You will be happy you did. Enjoy Koh Kood (paradise on earth)

FANTASTIC PLACE”
I did spend 6 nights last February with my boyfriend. I was surprised by how well looked after everything is and how pleasant the rooms are. The walking to the beach is only 10 minutes and the location of this place is very quite and nice. Jay is super helpful and he always delivers an excellent customer service. The rooms are very clean, soft and new bedsheets every other day and huge bathroom. It could have not been better.

We had a perfect stay at Koh Kood beds. The room was super big, super clean, everything smelled good. The staff was really nice and helpful. We could check in really really early without any hesitation. Also we could rent a bike right away. I would come back anytime when I will be in Koh Kood again. Thanks to the team for making everything so easy and pleasant for us.

El propietario es increíblemente amable. La habitación amplia y limpia. El baño nos sorprendió de una forma increíble. Limpio, amplio y muy bonito. Aunque hay que coger moto hay playa y restaurantes cerca. Vale la pena porque el descanso esta asegurado con su colchón nuevo y sus almohadas de pluma de oca. Buen gusto y limpieza son su identidad.

nous avons adoré séjourner à Ko kood bed's. Jay a vraiment créé un lieu propice à la détente juste à côté de la plus belle plage de l ile. les lits sont hyper confortables...tout est très propre et en parfait état. la vue sur le jardin tropicale et le calme environnant ont mis tous nos sens en éveil. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
