Nice clean rooms. Staff was friendly. Chose this location because we had to catch a very early flight from Sanford airport which is about 8 minutes away and didn't want to drive from home 2 hours away and would have to been on the road at 3am.

The lobby area was nice & recently remodeled with a modern feel. The room was not. Sufficient for a one-night business stay but needs remodeling in rooms as well.

It was fantastic! The staff make you feel very welcome and comfortable. The location was fantastic with entertainment and lots of restaurants right around the corner, within easy walking distance. I will stay here again!

I am total impressed. They really know how to spoilt you. Internet speed was great.

I couldn't find anything wrong. The only dirt that I saw was dust on the bathroom baseboards. Loved the honor system for purchases. Free coffee was excellent.

Towels were cheap and rough. Complimentary breakfast would have been nice. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Bed was super comfortable. Location was excellent for what we needed.

Upon arrival on 10/16/19 at the Extended Stay America Lake Mary 1036 Greenwood Blvd. We entered the lobby and saw two policy offices talking with the desk clerk about the removal of some guest at the hotel, not sure what that was about but it was very alarming to hear.
