Central location, clean hotel”

Leonardo hotel is in walking distance to subway station and pedestrian zone with some low level shops. Easy access to the city center in west berlin and the charlottenburg palace for sightseing. Flatscreen tv and clean facilitues even though the rooms are a bit small for two ppl and two singlee mattresses are pushed together to make up for a queensize bed. Overall recommendable hotel at that price in the berlin city center.

Comfortable hotel in a great location. ”

The staff members at the Leonardo hotel will make your stay very comfortable. I came for the Opera and it was a 3 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is also close to shopping and short walk away from the Berlin city tour. I highly recommend the breakfast. If you're hungry after that feast, it's your own fault. Great selection of German foods plus traditional breakfast items to please every taste. When you return to the hotel, often staff members will ask you about your day and make additional suggestions of places to go, special events and favorite restaurants. Friendliness, location and comfort.....The Leonardo Hotel is hard to beat.

Unexpectedly lovely location”

Booked in a hurry (but well in advance) via a travel website, after walking along the busy main road past the nearby Opera House we were very pleasantly surprised to find the hotel is on a road of diverse small independent shops, cafés and restaurants and somewhat smarter than expected for the price. Several miles from the centre of Berlin but very close to U-bahn and nextbike station. Didn't eat in hotel as busy M&M bakery opposite provides cheaper breakfasts.

Leonardo hotel was very satisfying. Good value for money. The beds were thought to small, double bed 160 cm. Excellent location with walking distance to Kurfürstendamm and underground just around the corner.

Comfortable hotel, in great location with a fantastic breakfast”

Stayed here for the ITB trade fair, at the MESSE Berlin meeting and exhibition center. It's great that the hotel is about a 20 minute walk from Messe Berlin, so you get a bit of exercise and fresh air before you go into the thick of business meetings. The hotel is clean and the rooms are fine. The breakfast is really excellent.

Exceptional”

This Hotel is in a perfect location for the Opera House, restaurants, the underground and visiting the Shlosss Charlottenburg.. We would definitely recommend this Hotel.

Lovely hotel with some oddities”

Lovely hotel and location. Staff, whether front desk or breakfast were courteous, professional and very good at their jobs. Rooms were cleaned exceptionally well daily. We were given room 327 which we discovered was the disabled room so the bathroom felt a bit like being in a hospital. Plus it had only one small window which made the room very dark and the lighting das dim in the room. We wanted to change but felt a bit precious to ask. Breakfasts were excellent. Something for everyone. Lovely sunlit dining room and staff so efficient, it was a joy. Only gripes about this hotel were that no rooms had a fridge and they only give you one bottle of water for your entire stay. If we stayed one night you got one bottle. If you stayed 5 nights, like we did, you still only got one bottle for the entire stay. That did not make sense. Be wary when booking onsites other than the hotel site as many hotel booking sites state rooms havd a fridge.

fantastic, beautiful, modern, clean hotel”

only stayed one night, but wish I could have stayed more... extremely clean and comfortable rooms with beautiful modern decor and lots of large windows... I wish that there was free wifi in every room though and that breakfast would be cheaper or included in the price... but got a great deal price wise

A great place to stay”

The hotel was clean and modern and staff were helpful and friendly, great underground links to Berlin Centre. We would stay there again!

Excellent value for money and centrally located”

Excellent all round; a real pleasure and gem in Charlottenburg and it's right next to the Bismarkstrasse U-bahn which is so important and convenient.

Review”

This is the best hotel with the price and overall after i went to Italy. The room is considerable spacious. Lotion, shampoo are provided. After check out, the hotel staff gave us chocolate as a goodbye gift. One straight bus to the airport. About 7 stops to airport.

Great hotel for great price ”

The hotel has very nice, clean rooms. The localisation is great, right next to the U-station. The staff is friendly (they let us check in at 8 in the morning). And the price was surprisingly low. It was an amazing stay.

An Underrated Hotel”

The hotel is located at a very convenient and lively neighbourhood: bus directly arrived from Tegel airport, U-Bahn station right next by, and right next to the Wilmersdorfer shopping street. It's very clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back next time. The only small downside is that hotel rooms do not have a fridge, which is slightly inconvenient, esp. in summer.

Great hotel ”

Hotel is situated in a great part of the city within walking distance to the zoo or onto underground for any attractions across the city. Breakfast is buffet style with good quality food and plenty choices. Hotel is kept spotlessly clean and rooms had everything you need . Free wifi in all rooms was a bonus .

good option for a budget holiday”

when we came into a room after arriving to the hotel, there was a strong smell of smoke, even though it is a non smoking hotel. However, after complaining on reception, we got keys from a new room and moved. Second room was ok, rather clean. We didnt spend much time inside, so we didnt mind that. Other negative point is that there is no mini-bar in the room. As it was really HOT outside all the time, we had to run to shop in order to get some cold water or juice. Luckily there is a very cheap shop right behind the corner. Metro stop is also within a 3 min walking distance. However, it takes about 30 min by metro to get to city center, so you should be patient. This hotel is a good options for travelers with limited budget, who dont spend much time in hotel but are not prepared to stay at low end hostels either.

This hotel suited my needs at the time. The person at the front desk was helpful and spoke English well. Unfortunately the hotel seems not to have air conditioning, which made my stay in August a bit challenging.

Great location”

I stayed 7 days for business travelling. The hotel was lovely and very close everything I need such as eating, shopping, transportation. Staffs at the reception were friendly and polite with a smile. The room was big enough and clean. However, it doesn't have a refrigerator and complimentary water.

Breakfast cukup bervariasi. Lokasi sangat dekat dengan stasiun kereta jurussn U2 dan U7 yg bisa membawa anda ke banyak lokasi. Gunakan bus 109 dari Bandara Tegel ke hotel. Cuma i menit jalan kaki dari halte bus.

Pleasant stay”

Very nice, clean and neat hotel, kind reception crew, and the hotel is located 2 minutes away from a metro station and a supermarket. Will definitely come back.
