"Usually, for a hotel that is >$250 per night, you expect a comfortable stay, this wasn’t necessarily the case. The staff at the hotel is very nice but overall would not say it’s worth the money spent. The beds are very uncomfortable - the pillows are horribly flat and they do not have other pillows. Staff tried to assist by providing additional pillows but then it’s just a hard stack of pillows under your head. The beds are two twins pushed together so there is constantly a gap between the two and they are quite hard. The bar says it’s open at 12 but no one is there unless you call. There are no extra amenities that make it worth the stay - unless you have children and take advantage of the childcare they offer. We received a massage but to me the service wasn’t necessarily what was paid (89 Euros for 55 minutes and the massage could’ve used more pressure). On a positive note, the location is conveniently located at the foot of the mountain and chairlifts and in the center of Les Bruyeres. The views are beautiful from the rooms and the bathtub is nice, although small. Housekeeping is very pleasant and the front desk are very kind."
