Good for the location”
I needed a hotel close to a friend's home and this was the best choice for the money. The hotel is clean and the front desk helpful. There is an adequate complimentary breakfast and a very small fitness facility. I thought it was a bit expensive for what it had to offer. It is within a few minutes walking distance to a Denny's and a mall that has both a Japanese and Chinese restaurant. It is about 1 mile from a very nice enclosed mall and about 3 miles from downtown San Mateo. There is no airport shuttle.

got there around 6:00pm checked process was great, the room decent (except there is no Blanket in the drawers/closet), next morning the breakfast (shouldn't mention anything but (disappointed)); left gone to the meeting (come back in the evening room was clean/tidy up (good!) but still no blanket (one more thing the outlet for charger/device didn't work); they send someone but he said it didn't worked and he said sorry; however, Denny one of the front desk very helpful/ trying to be helpful (that the only positive thing that i can think of about this trip)..... better travel little bit pay your expenses get what you paid for (park by the office) something happens to my rental car

Convenient and reasonable good hotel - value for money”
We like this hotel for its location - close to the major freeways and food and to San Francisco. Good value for money, no frills but simple breakfast is included.

Excellent if you have morning flight the next day”
The price was good and matched with my expectation. The staff were nice and the room was satisfactory. Though it’s a bit old but acceptable. But we got lost at the beginning as the hotel is separated into three buildings. Make sure you are clear about which building you stay as it’s quite separated.

Los Prados Hotel”
The hotel was convenient to facility I was visiting during my stay. The building itself is a bit fun down, but it is clean. The thermostat did not work, but if you put the fan on, it did cool for the most part. The staff was wonderful. I will stay again.

Reasonable Budget Hotel”
Hotel is located close to the freeway, so some might find the noise a problem. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and reasonably furnished, not the cleanest but in no way could it be called dirty. The bed was clean and comfortable and bathroom more than adequate. Breakfast was better than most budget hotels, with a selection of cereals, fresh fruit, cakes, bread together with fruit juice, tea and coffee. I would definitely stay here again.

The room is good, clean and comfortable. The hotel is close to airport. They don't have much else there as far as food, drinks etc... Bathroom was good and wifi too.

Good points are as below Denny’s, Japanese Ramen, Korean, Chinese restaurants are under 1min. Also Asian super market is. And every hotel staff were friendly and kind. Bad points are as below. They have some building, and my building is market side. In the mid night around 3AM, some machines worked at back yard of market. It’s like some bombs. And my room was 1st floor, then 2nd floor guy was may be heavy guy. His living and walking noise were huge. Then this is not hotel. Motel is correct. Finish

The TV didn't work and there was a rodent running across the floor. We were moved from the bottom floor to an upper floor but I could not sleep for fear of more rodents. They apologized and moved us and explained that the bottom floors with the doors open while you are coming and going might have that problem. I would not recommend this hotel

Staff extremely friendly, and helpful since our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until 3am. Maid service didn’t show up one day-not sure why but manager was informed. Convenient to freeway to get to Half Moon Bay every day.

Do not extend reservation here”
I needed to extend my reservation one day because of unexpected obligations. The first night was through Agoda but I was charged about $100 MORE for the additional night in spite of my protests. The location is inconvenient to the airport, they have no way of dealing with 3 pieces of luggage (no carts), the rooms are average certainly not worth $271 for the second night which is what I was charged, the layout of the multiple buildings is confusing and generally a place I will avoid in the future.

Refund of safe deposit”
The hotel ask for $ 100 as safe deposit to be refunded after check out. After two weeks of checking out I am still struggling to get that refund. On repeated phone contacts to make that complain people are unfriendly not recognizing the delay.
