"Resort is very far in from main road. At least a good 6 or 7 km with small winding road. Better to reach the hotel during day time as there isn't much road lights. There is a guard house at the main entrance. Upon arrival, we parked right outside the resort check-in building, which is also the building for suites. Very nice entrance and grand interior. Upon arrival, they prepared cold towels and drinks according to the number of guests booked. We came in a family of 4 with 2 kids, however we only booked 1 king corner room. They do not allow kids in the suites, as they claim its mainly for couples. We paid extra to upgraded to a villa, and have to add on 2 more beds. Villa is big and clean. Floor is not sticky like some hotels where its lacking in cleaning. The villa looks as good as new. Toilet is also fantastic. Comes with a clean bathtub which the kids enjoyed. They even provided bath salt . Shower area comes with glass ceiling, and rain shower. Bed wise, comfortable and big. Amphitheatre chair is sooo comforable! The biggest grip about this hotel is, though they stated alot of facilities, its all based on schedule and not flexible. Eg, they have a juice bar and unlimited tea session, but its actually only for 4-5 pm at a bar. We checked in at about 4 plus, but the check-in staff didn't even tell us about this and we missed it( we only stay one night). Thermal pool was suppose to be free, but closed for maintenance. Fruits picking, mini zoo, deer farm are for morning trails at 8 am only, and check-in staff say the road is slippery, not suitable for kids. Kids playroom closes at 5pm, which is another one that we missed. Its very disappointing to know all the facilities or activities stated were not available for use at any time. Oh, and even their spa/ massages closed at 8pm. I had thought that mini zoo, deer farms and fruits picking were at leisure time, and we can spend the time in the resort doing these activities. They only have 1 restaurant in this resort, a"

"I booked for three days. It was a disappointment. The location was difficult to find, no info available on Google map. The family room that i booked was surprisingly unhygienic, as if has not been serviced for weeks or probably months. Even if they didn't expect customers during this mco, but they should have at least clean the house, because i skip the first of my 3 days there due to some reasons. Thus, that 1 free day should be used to at least make sure there is no dead lizard on the curtain, dusty floor, and proper room design. My suggestion, for future inprovement: provide floodlights because the place is isolated and surrounded by rubber plantation. Please do a better partitioning of the room, because having two queen size bed in a room is not suitable. And the toilet location.. You can hear the chef cooking and the window is a bit transparent. No privacy. The telco line is only H+ at best. I hope the owner can improve because they are good people, trying their best to please us. But the house is too bad. "
