I was a solo traveller (digital nomad) and enjoyed my stay here. Lovely new hotel which was very visually appealing - watching the sunset on the roof by the pool was incredible. There were a few disappointments however: they didn’t cater to vegetarians at all in their restaurants or room service which I thought was extremely odd! They had 1 veggie friendly meal on the menu which for a supposed 5* hotel seemed very strange. The afternoon tea was a bit of a joke too - cheaply made cakes with portions of fruit and some fried spring rolls (that weren’t veggie friendly) - no wonder they were giving vouchers to have this for free - but I used it once and never went back. They didn’t even have sandwiches or anything. I did have breakfast included in the stay but I never used it - as not really a breakfast person.

Came here from YouTube recommendations. The welcome drink was great, we thought the corridors were hot with no aircon but turns out that it’s a comfortable temperature if you come out from the pool. The infinity pools were really good and the beach is right outside. Breakfast was exceptional. ✨

The M Hotel is a new property in a great location. The staff were all very friendly and spoke perfect English. The property is very attractive and clean. Breakfast buffet was very good. My room was very clean, though a bit small (perfect for 1; would have been tight for two). Overall a very nice experience.

This hotel has sophisticated decor with gray slate and modern fixtures throughout. The location is fantastic with beach access across the street. Staff were friendly. Facilities were clean. Management took measures to compensate me for not picking me up at the airport, which was much appreciated!! Staying on the 26th floor, I could clearly hear street noise and noise from the floors above. I asked the front desk if I could move rooms. They said they would discuss with the manager and get back to me, but never did. From early evening through early morning there was a constant whooshing sound in the ceiling and walls that disturbed my sleep every night. If soundproofing measures are taken, this could be a perfect vacation accommodation.

“Great choice in Da Nang”
Apart from the amazing pair of rooftop infinity pools with incredible views, this hotel is modern, clean, has good facilities and lovely staff. We stayed b&b and the breakfast was plentiful with a good selection. Free afternoon tea was nicer than anticipated. In a great location, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to any type of traveller!
