I had a Christmas staycation with my partner at Mandarin Oriental Singapore. The team was very helpful from the day my booking was confirmed, and assisted me with my various requests. They also helped me with checking in my luggage early that morning while I went to work in the morning. I returned to the hotel in the afternoon for the check-in, and there was a long queue. However, one of the front desk member, Andrew, recognised me, and had my room card offered to me so that I could immediately head up to my room. The stay throughout was really comfortable, and the room was very clean and tidy. I would definitely come back again in the future.

An eventful experience :) ”
No doubt there's a glitched on my 1st day. Half an hour upon checking-into my room, suddenly there were another couple trying to get into my allotted room. I taught it was my husband who came later carrying our luggage & we both were shocked. Couple was nice as I suggested they return to reception at lobby on this mistake done of mismatching room allotted to them. However, overall stay is enjoying. Hotel staff is helpful & accommodating as I have 2 young kids with me. Housekeeping staff is superbly nice. Thank you!! Location is nice as hotel is near to kids’ amenities at nearby mall; this can make them busy whole day while parents could relax in room. Activity at mall catered to young kids till 17years old. Thank you Mandarin Oriental & we will return soon! I do hope my next stay I will not get mystery guest entering our room again ya 😊 Stay safe & health MO Team. Staff are friendly, helpful and informative. Celebrated our wedding anniversary in this hotel. The staff did a little decor in the room for me to surprise my husband. Hotel is very clean the view from our room is breathtaking!

Awesome view of marina bay sands and flyer!”
We requested for late check out and we got it! It was an awesome staycation for us. The view of mbs and sg flyer frm our room esp at night was so beautiful. The booking of the swimming pool was quick and there werent many people despite it being the school holidays. The only flaw is that there was no netflix as the cable channels were boring to watch.

Appreciate the surprise Birthday decor and cakes with snack from Mandarin Oriental Hotel. Super good deal , we were so lucky that can check in super early at 10am instead of 3pm Swimming pool with super comfy cabanas (cold ice water and fruits are complimentary) Staffs (poolside / restaurant/ front desk) were super friendly ordered pools side food and that was super delicious Will come back again for staycation (Good choice)

Exceptional hotel with best in class service”
We stayed at this hotel for our parents’ wedding anniversary. The hotel was lovely to have prepared a cake & handwritten card for our celebration, and accommodated to our late check out request. We enjoyed biking around the Bay Area and catching the NDP parade and fireworks from our room. Spectacular stay I must say and kudos to the Hotel!

Love the location for the view”
The whole experience wasn’t completely 100% satisfied. The room is perfect except we asked for twin & it was lowest floor 7th floor for Grand Ocean Twin. Basically it wasn’t ocean view, cos it was lower floor & higher floors are only for Grand Ocean Queen/King. But hey, still love the view of Flyer & MBS. I gave all 5 stars except cleanliness with 4 stars. The reason is that I saw a baby rat running & searching on the front of hotel lobby/banquet. Probably it was due to banquet function was just finished. The time was around 12am though :) Still good, will definitely visit again :)

The Mandarin was located centrally so it was so easy to get around via MTR (esplanade stop) walking through the city link mall. The pool was a great getaway and staff was super attentive and friendly. I loved the helloMO chat line as well as it was easy to communicate with staff when I had any requests or questions.

I choose this hotel for my last night in Singapore and the money was well spent. Service is amazing, the view from my room was unbelievable and the pool area is really nice. Had a great 1 night stay. Great location, near to malls. View from room was definitely beautiful, although room is a little outdated but very clean. Nice pool. The only cons about the hotel was the pillows & bed were soft, please work on that. Other than that, it was a great stay :)

Fantastic central location ten minute walk to Marina Bay Sands and Gardens by the Bay, ten minute walk to Raffles Hotel. Customer service exceptional! Pool area beautiful and all very elegant and classy. Staff constantly bringing over iced drinks and water. Newspapers and sun cream available and free. Views from ocean view bedroom outstanding and breakfast buffet just gorgeous! We loved this hotel!
