I recently stayed at MARCO POLO and had an exceptional experience! The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Special shoutout to the Manager, Mr Noor Ahmed. At the front desk for the night team receptionist he did an outstanding service, ensuring a smooth check-in process, Later in the day I came to speak with Zahra and Nubwam for a late check out because I had to rush somewhere and they did ! Kudos to Suraj the housekeeper for keeping our room spotless and cozy tho it was just a night but he’s smart to come ask if we needed extra bathroom linen and indeed yes !!! The hotel's amenities were top-notch, including stunning city views, and a delicious breakfast buffet. I really enjoyed the buffet and the waiters deserve a kudos! I forgot their names. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-appointed, with neat beds and modern amenities. What truly made our stay stand out, was the staff Zahra and Nubwam acceppted our requests of late check out a memorable one . My stay at Marco Polo Hotel, Dubai during a recent business trip was comfortable overall. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro, and the staff were courteous and helpful. However, I personally felt it is not very suitable for families. The hotel has many bars, and the surrounding area has more of a party atmosphere. Since I am not a party person, it wasn’t the best experience for me. The location feels very much like an Asian hub, surrounded by Indian and Pakistani communities, which some may find lively. The hotel doesn’t have a proper in-house restaurant, though there are some nearby markets and eateries to explore. Most of the attached restaurants are more like pubs or bars. Breakfast was repetitive, offering mostly the same Indian dishes every day. Overall, I would rate it as an average experience — fine for party-goers or short business stays, but not ideal for families or those seeking a quieter environment.

I had a pleasant stay at Marco Polo Hotel near Muteena Park. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment after a long day. What really stood out was the excellent service. The staff were courteous and attentive throughout my stay. I’d especially like to highlight Sukanya, Swapna, and Zhara for their exceptional hospitality — they made the experience even more enjoyable with their friendly and professional attitude. Overall, it was a short but satisfying stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good service and a comfortable stay in the area.

I stayed at Marco Polo Hotel on the night of July 26, 2025, with a group of friends, and we had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and welcoming. Special thanks to the receptionist Sukanya, who was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. She made the check-in process smooth and gave us helpful information about the hotel and nearby attractions. Her friendly attitude truly made a difference and added a personal touch to our experience. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The rooms were tidy, the beds were cozy, and the facilities were more than adequate for a short stay. We really appreciated the location too — convenient and easy to access. Overall, a great value for money and a pleasant experience. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dubai, especially if you’re looking for friendly service and a relaxed stay.
