Great value and excellent service ”
One week enjoyed during my business visit in Dubai .I enjoyed good moments with Marco Polo hotel. The location is easy to access mall and nesto hypermarket and metro. Reception and house keeping staffs are very polite and good behaviour. Property is very neat and clean and sustainable. Lots of entrainment club are available in in different wibes. Price is very affordable and services is very fast. Thanks all of the staff once again and will visit my next journey.

firstly I like the Front office Guy (Mr. Akshay) he welcomes me like a home member. Secoundly the cleanliness was very very good. Third i saw there is mumbai restaurant in mezzanine floor it's was very good environment n staff Ms. Mona was very good n nice served on the table. Very peaceful stay. Big rooms. Peaceful sleep. Everything was available on a single phone call. Very thankful to mr. Jauni kumar. He was serving us at room no.104 first floor. Cleanliness of the room and tea coffee all was available at all times. Bathrooms were cleaned on a single call. He is very polite and friendly. Value for money hotel. Highly recommeded.

I show her my Agoda booking ID she also said to make a new booking because this booking I booked 02 weeks. what is the nonsense. but thank God that another staff Miss Anusha came and she completes the book. that black lady doesn't know how to check in the system then what she is doing there. she doesn't know how to handle the gust.

Nice, clean place that’s right in the heart of the Al-Rigga area. 3 metro lines within easy walking distance, many, many Pakistani/Indian restaurants, plenty of places to get milk tea. My only gripe is the bar music that blares until 3 am…

I am always lazy for writing reviews. But I was very satisfied with Marco Polo Hotel regarding their services. We were there twice for overall 5 days. They upgraded our room twice, although first time was not intentional because they ran out of standard. They recognized me second time and gave us deluxe. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Great location, great room for the price. Do hope the nightclub next to it would turn the music down a bit.

The hotel's location is ideal, many food options nearby. Bus station is very close and metro station is also just 10-15 min walk from this hotel. The hotel has many entertainment options. A great stay for weekend if you want to enjoy life in Dubai. Rooms are clean and quite despite a lot of music / entertainment events going on inside hotel premises. I will definitely come back
